Lansinoh Nipples are designed to fit with Lansinoh baby bottles. The NaturalWave Lansinoh nipple is clinically proven to reduce nipple confusion, making it easier to switch from breast to bottle and back. The NaturalWave Lansinoh bottle nipple allows baby to use the same feeding action learned at the breast. The Air Ventilation System of Lansinoh bottles reduces the intake of gas, a potential cause of colic or spit up. Designed for breastfed babies, NaturalWave nipples are available with three different flow speeds to help baby regulate their feeding. Lansinoh baby bottles and interchangable nipples are compatible with the paced feeding method. Available in 3 flow sizes: small (2s), medium (3M) and fast (4L). To use- Fit the NaturalWave nipple through the nipple collar and screw securely onto the top of the bottle. Use the Nipple Cap to protect the nipple when not in use. Wash immediately after use in warm, soapy water or on the top rack of the dishwasher. Never heat in the microwave. I won't ever use another bottle that is not Lansinoh after this first baby and all I have learned. She was pretty colic-y and had acid reflux so the more we could avoid lots of bubbles and gas, the better she felt. Our doula recommended these bottles and told us that they are really the only bottles on the market with a realistic boob-like nipple which allows baby to get a better seal on the bottle, helping with the gassiness and bubbles. My baby would not eat. At all. She had a disorganized suck swallow reflex and really struggled with both breast and bottle. We tried everything. EVERYTHING. This was the only nipple she was able to master. She finally started eating and we were able to take her feeding tube out. My only issue is they’re extremely fragile. We’re pretty careful with cleaning them and even so on some occasions the hole has ripped. Other than that, these are perfect. I registered for Lansinoh’s mOmma bottles because I planned on breastfeeding and these seemed like good bottles to help with nipple confusion for when it came time to go back to work. I ended up having to pump exclusively so was using some nice glass Dr. Brown’s bottles I was also gifted at my shower because gas was big problem with my daughter. As a single mom with a newborn and no dishwasher, it didn’t take long for the nuisance of constantly washing so many parts supersede the reputation of Dr. Brown’s bottles. I got my mOmma bottles out, nervous of how they’d work with my daughter’s gas problems, but I’ve never had an issue!! They work perfect, there’s hardly any parts comparably, and I’ve gotten lots of comments from daycare providers and baby sitters about how much they like these bottles. You do have to be verrrry gentle when washing the nipples with a nipple brush, I’ve had to replace a few because sitters didn’t realize how thin the tips of the nipples were and they’ve gone right through them. The great thing though, is that the nipples are wide, short, and elastic enough that you really don’t need to use a nipple brush. My bottle brush (oxo) effortlessly reaches up inside the nipple without damaging the nipples. 5 stars for the whole mOmma line! ... show more

I love anything by lansinoh and these bottle nipples are great. I use them with the glass and plastic bottles. The flow is always great, but they are easy to break if you are using a straw brush to clean the hole. I honestly wouldn't bother using a straw brush. i'm not sure why i even did. I would just really try to get in there with a normal bottle brush. they are very easy to clean. my breast-feeding baby had no issues with switching between these and the breast. ... show more
