The media could not be loaded. 3 month update- the lid on the formula chamber has a little plastic piece that lets the machine know it’s open or closed. It broke off and the machine doesnt know it is closed and so it will not dispense. I managed to shove it in…disappointing as this was regular use. Really really fast, perfect temperature. Set up was difficult because the instructions tell you to pull the machine apart and wash the parts...but it does not tell you how to disassemble, only how to reassemble. When breastfeeding didn’t work out we went to make the formula process as easy as possible. This has been a LIFE SAVER. I love that I don’t have to think in the middle of the night to make a bottle- I can just click a button. Highly recommend making sure it’s full and cleaning the funnel before you go to bed so you don’t get either of those two dreaded symbols where you will have to wake up a little to refill the tank or wash/dry the funnel! Love the concept, and sung it's praises until I didn't. This is basically a $170 coffee machine...made almost entirely of plastic. Including a VERY poorly designed lid that is required to be closed to operate. When the small tab eventually breaks off (and it will, there is very little plastic there to support it), you have no replacement and are left to sort it out. And please hope it doesn't fall into the batch of formula like ours did. This is too expensive to justify this level of bad support/design. They need to make a cheap replacement available easily or discontinue this design. ... show more

    • Great product but the lid need improvement
It's great mixes the formula perfect temperature and fast. Con the lid has to be in lock position. There a very small plastic tab that lets the machine knows it's locked. That cheap tab has broken twice. Is getting pricey to keep replacing lid. Overall is great.

If you're on the fence about getting a baby breeza take this as your sign to buy one!!! This is 100% worth the price. We have the big one at our home and we use the travel for when we go places / holidays / or to see grandparents for a day. The travel size is great but it's more used for 1 day use.
