Tuesday night at 11:00 pm I had to take some things out of the freezer to store in Said ice chest. ( 2 )2 lb bag of frozen shrimp not in the shell. 4 chicken breast, 2 lb bag of frozen peas. 1 gal of ice cream, 1/2 gal containers. Mayfield. All Solid Frozen items. Wednesday evening I check on them as they were in my kitchen. Completely thawed out & warm. Oh & 2 lbs of hamburger ground sirloin. All completely gone & ruined. The website says keeps cold for 5 days. Gone in less than 24 hrs not 5 days. Money gone this is expensive food. I bought the chest because of what was sad about it being so good & 5 days. Put in an entire bag of ice in on Friday at 230pm. 2nd picture is Friday at 617pm 3rd picture is Saturday at 1116am. The bag has been in the shade the entire time. I will also mention that I used the machine ice,it does tend to melt a little faster,but the ice on my other cooler is still intact so I'm not sure. I haven't had any leakage, it is a large bag, and very sturdy. We tent camp and travel a lot so I am not sure if this bag will do it for us if it can't maintain ice. ... show more

I bought this zip up soft side cooler to take in my sxs with a picnic lunch and a package of squeezie drinks, 4 small bottles of water, 4 canned sprites and 4 canned root beers all of which were room temp but not warm or hot. I put in a full 8 pound bag of ice, zipped this baby up and away me and my grands went to have a picnic on the river. About an hour or so into the trip, I opened the bag to get the kiddos a drink and there was hardly any ice left. The drinks were cold but only stayed cold for about another hour or 2. We were gone total of 4 hours and there was no ice left and only cool water. Very disappointing. The positives are that the color looks great. The zipper works great and is easy to zip and up zip. The liner in the bottom makes it easy to load and it fits well in the floorboard of my sxs. It might work well to keep stuff cool if its inside but outside. Its useless as a ice chest. We wanted the zip up for a river float trip but this will not work. Buy something else if u need it to keep ice and cold drinks. ... show more
