The media could not be loaded. Love this mount! It was so easy to install and the spring mount. Simply hugs your iPad firmly. I did have to remove the iPad case I have for my daughter’s iPad because it was too big for mount. But other than that, we love it and recommend it.

Works well for what it is. It is easy to install and is very sturdy. The only cons are the following: It doesn't work well with a thick tablet case. My litte ones 8" tablet with case has a hand strap on the back. It will not fit correctly with this on. You can make it fit by clamping the very edge of the tablet, but it is not sturdy at that point. It works in our Acura MDX and GMC Sierre, but will not work in our Lexus. The way Lexus uses the headrest is different than 2 straight metal poles. There is no way to secure this type of holder in the Lexus RX. ... show more

This mount can hold a tablet and phone with the same grip power. I tested it with a tablet with a thick case by shaking the mount around before installing it in the car. I was amazed that the mount did not drop the tablet. Same thing went with a phone. The grip is strong but not crushing. The tablet was easy to remove but once on the mount, it stays there. This product is simple and made with really strong plastic and the rubber pads are easy to clean. My nephew kicks the tablet often and it does not move.
