We were fairly disappointed with this table. Aesthetically it looked fine, but it came with a chip in the top of the table and the stools were very uncomfortable. The corners of the seats are very sharp and even an average sized person cannot sit comfortably on them. I was able to put the table and stools together myself but the stools are VERY uncomfortable. If you have any “meat” on your bones the stool is not going to work well. I’m thin and I found it not comfortable at all. Don’t get the table wet. I’ll use the stools as side tables

This dining set was easy to assemble. Instructions are clear. Took me about 30 minutes to do it by myself. What worked for me - In the instructions it asks to put the bench frame together first, before attaching to the bench. I found that laying the bench part on the ground (put a sheet under it for protection) and screwing the frame pieces onto it, made for a sturdier base and allowed for quicker assembly. Same with the table top. It’s a very nice looking, sturdy 3 piece dining set, but be aware the table top is pressed wood, easily susceptible to staining and scratching.
