4/5 stars solely for the quality and how plush this is. Fit our couch pretty well and the kitties loved it. It’s seriously so soft and comfy. Unfortunately, I have to return it due to the color being drastically different in person. It’s much more vibrant and actual orange instead of a brownish orange/camel brown. It’s not brown at all. I love orange so much but this is too bright, 70’s style and not in the good way. lol This was the only one I found on here in the color out was supposed to be and I’m so sad it didn’t work out. So I ordered a different brand in ivory that also has the strap and hook for underneath to keep it in place. So if you’re looking for a true orange, Camel is what you’re looking for! ... show more

Please ignore the cat. She thinks it's the best seat in the house now. I originally ordered the Loveseat-M in lavender, the sofa cover fits perfectly, but the sofa cushions were extra thick, so they were spilling out of the cushion covers. After 2 weeks , I contacted the company to see if I can get replacement for the Loveseat-L cushion covers, and the company shipped me an entire new set of the Loveseat-L in coffee color (they were out of lavender ) in 2 days at no charge, and free shipping. Such speedy and marvelous after-sale service, and the new cushion covers work perfectly. No more spilling and bulging seat cushions. I am totally happy with the product. The luxurious velvety fabric is easy to install, comfy to sit on (just ask my 19-year-old cat), easy to wash and lightly dry. I wanted one in sage green, but I will get another one in silver gray for now. This is a wonderful, convenient and inexpensive couch make over if you are looking for a new look, and the best customer service ever! ... show more

I have a complicated relationship with my sofa. We’ve been together through 4 moves, 5 dogs, 2 kids, and 2 cats. For years, our PB slipcover held up to all of it. Then we got a new puppy, who discovered that slipcovers are not only an excellent way to floss your teeth, but they taste great too (I guess, ask her for clarification). She ruined it. The cost of a new, custom slipcover from Pottery Barn in the exact same fabric now costs more than what we originally paid for the sofa, and I couldn’t put my bank account through such an ordeal over a piece of fabric, so I settled on an off-brand slipcover for half the cost that was supposedly made to exactly fit our sofa model (PB Grand Comfort). Unfortunately, that one proved to be a nightmare as well-it wrinkled if you even raised an eyebrow at it, and the stiff canvas weave attracted enough dog hair to build yet another dog. No-go, and much to my dismay when I went to wash it the first time my husband ate pizza on it, “dry clean only.” Who seriously needs those type of high maintenance vibes in their home these days? Within a month, I was hunting for a new one. The problem with our sofa lies in its weird shape. Technically I should have purchased a 5 piece cover set, but they don’t seem to make those in the size we need. Our sofa is a big girl at around 92” inches, with two back cushions and only two very large butt cushions (instead of 3). This cover was only one I could find that sort-of worked with the measurements. I had to shove the back cushions into the largest piece instead of wrapping them in their own slipcover as I normally would. And it does fit, but it fits like my college jeans after I had kids-I can sort of zip them up and make them work, but they’re a little tight and bunch up in weird places. It pulls at the arm rests and not a customized fit. I pinned it underneath the bottom, but it’s resisting and likes to snap back up sometimes. It’s also velvet, which feels fantastic and soft, but is going to be another dog hair nightmare. I’ve resigned myself to that fate. The plus is that this one is machine washable. I can work with that. It makes my sofa a little frumpy looking, but if I cover it with enough pillows that you have to move before you sit, it’ll work out fine. For the price, I give it an A. For the fit, a B-. For future cleanings, I’ll have to update. ... show more

I was very excited about finding a cover like this. When it arrived I opened it an instantly fell in love w the soft velvet fabric. It feels heavy, but at the same time thin and my dog could probably rip it up since he’s a digger. There was also some loose stitching, but I was willing to risk it, it feels great, looked really good on the sofa and a decently priced. Sadly it doesn’t fit my cushions, strange because by the measurements it should’ve. I’m returning it for a large which will be huge overall but hoping I can make it work with the help of upholstery tacks. ... show more

Soft cover and makes my old soft with lots of liquid stains like new. Love that it has separate covers for the seat cushions. Bunny approved since it likes to jump on it and starts to scratch it, but no damage. So far it's quite tough.
