The media could not be loaded. Wow I'm buying a second one Payday. I'm old school, like turbo optimum mid SE. I even still have one pretty much new. 1/10 scale. Anyway this is 3 xs faster and just as durable or better. The rc car I'm talking about costs 309.00. and I had every hop up parts and motors and speed controls you could get. 300.00 in hop up parts.so that's a 600.00 car now. so my final say is if you want to fly buy this car. Save your money!. If it lasted a week I would be worth the money. All so today when I went out to run through a battery x2 , it was raining and muddy and slick. This car is Amazing. That's my conclusion.***** All the way Update watch out the batteries are cheep. I was discharging one battery pack on my charger, made for doing so. For storage. Well it exploded on my bed. I grabbed it and ran for the bathroom sink. The closest water. By the time I got it to the sink it exploded in to flames. About a 18" flame shooting out. I went to see if my dog and bed was not burning. Came back and putfire out. Not good. I was not charging this battery and it blew up. ... show more

You won't find a better car for the money. This is definitely not a cheep toy, this is a Hobby Grade RC. With different body supports i was able to use a custom shell.

This is a Xinlehong 9156, the truck version is a 9155. Much more robust than the 1/10th 9125 (Legend). This comes with a 550 motor, 15,500 rpm, thick plastic spur gear, steel driveshafts, and zinc differentials. 60a esc has plenty of overhead if you want to run a more powerful motor. This can use the shocks, differentials and shock towers from the 9125. The shock springs are too weak, causing the front end to bottom out constantly on even medium jumps. Shocks are oil filled, but due to having undersized pistons, they provide only minimal damping. Servo is a very non-standard size, I got both a 21g and 22g to fit in when I swapped to brushless. Overall, a pretty decent truck when you can get it on sale. ... show more

Further research. This is the same car as hosim 9125. There are parts aplenty for it if you look up parts for hosim 9125. I'm troubled and definitely will not buy another laegendary product. These are just mass produced and licensed cars sold under multiple names. Update: replacement vehicles NOT durable. Replacement parts unavailable. On the first use at a skate park the upper arm broke when jumping down quarter pipe with a moderately hard landing. The second unit had front bumper snap and rear spoiler break completely off when vehicle flipped on the sidewalk. I'm really disappointed in these cars. If there was replacement parts available, it might be a reasonable unit. As is one is useless even after two shadetree epoxy fixes. Abd I'm waiting for the upper front suspension arms to be instock with manufacturer. Update 2 weeks: both were replaced. Both work correctly. the front suspension is not super durable. within one hour of use the upper arm on one broke off mount. Currently replacement upper arms are out of stock. The other car had the spoiler break off. Repaired the upper arm with model glue. Don't expect the repair to last too long. Hopefully replacement arms will be back in stock soon. Bought two. One was DOA RIGHT out of the box. The other stopped responding to the remote during first use, ran in circles top speed til it hit a wall and snapped a front wheel off. Getting both replaced and hopefully the replacement cars will be better. I'll update and change rating if the new ones function correctly. ... show more

I own a Traxxas x-maxx and a Traxxas xrt, these are 1/5 scale vehicles and do over 60 mph. I ordered this little truck just to play with in the meantime. It came in I charged the batteries and powered it up and went and took it for a test. Wow, I was surprised, it handled and ran just like the big ones. It is super fun to operate in all modes. I would suggest to anyone to purchase it, it is a blast. I don't normally write reviews but I just had to because this one is unbelievable when I was really surprised by the power, the design, the rigidity and the way it controls and operation. ... show more

I have to say this is probably my favorite brushed rc. Plenty of speed very well built and durable. It handles extremely well and with speed control you can turn it down for the kids. Car has plenty power and speed. Only issue, left front steering control arm broke off the car. Had to order a replacement part through manufacturer website because the pin and rod were lost. Other than the steer rod breaking off, very fun car.
