  • works better with some modifcation
IF you use the original plunger from the stock choke, it works better. the after market plunge is just a hair wider and causes it to stick at times. then right after the 90° send theres a adjuster to take up the slack in the cable.

  • Not what I was looking for
Okay choke cable, very basic. Ordered to use on a CV40 but it does not work on these. Also to note, there is no tension nut I could find, so you’d have to hold the cable while your bike warms up.

  • POP! Went the choke knob...
It fit (better) than OEM, but the first time I actually went and fired the bike up and went to adjust it the knob came right off. The rest of the assembly still works - as long as I've got a small set of pliers to grab the cable stem with.

  • Knob not secured.
Looks like a reasonable replacement particularly because of the steel threaded mount. The knob pulled right off though.
