I purchased this Crave case for my Pixel 8 Pro. The case is well made and covers the bezel of the phone with 2 layers of protection--an inner rubber-like protector, and a hard outer shell. The case is simple to install, just put the bottom edge of the phone into the case, then snap it in place. The fit is tight, and the case is textured to reduce slips. The phone's buttons are covered, but accessible and still have their tactile feel. With the case installed, I was able to use several wireless chargers, something that I could not reliably do with my older "wallet" style case. ... show more

It is a very well defined Pixel 8 case.. Perfect fit, Sturdy, yet doesn't add a bulk to the phone and looks good too. Generally I would read the -ve or lesser of reviews first, before ordering something. The grip some found slippery and some found good. I find it good too. Same goes with the bulk too. I've had it exactly for a month now, no terrible smell or anything. In this time I've traveled internationally twice, dropped it a few times already.. the phone remained protected (didn't come out of the case or anything). My drops were mostly either from pocket, once from my hand on hard flat foors but I wouldn't blame it for being slippery. Also I'm not sure how would it go if dropped on a rough surface (road, concrete etc.) but the case did not get any dent or marks. One thing it doesn't do is Wireless Charging.. but the case doesn't claim that either. So I would give it 5 * all the way. ... show more

I purchased my Google Pixel 8 Pro with the official new case from the Google store. Luckily, I also decided to get this one from amazon as well and I'm glad I did. The Google store case was beautiful and smooth to the touch but to me, would not offer much protection to my new device. The material does not allow enough recess on the front of the glass screen and the camera panel, parts that are prone to scratching. This case however, has enough space in the design to alllow that level of protection. The sides and corners are solid. The buttons and holes are aligned well and does not affect the functioning of the phone. I also like the feel of the surface pattern on my hand...not too slippery or rubbery, just right. I do not do wireless charging so I can not speak to that functionality. Overall, I recommend this product. ... show more

I just received the Crave Dual Guard for Google Pixel 8 Pro Case. Very nice looking case and good quality material. It seems like it will be good protection for my new phone. The textured surface is not too rough or slippery and provides good grip when holding it in my hands, but still easily slips into my pocket (no rubbery feel). The case is also fairly thin. My truck (RAM 1500) has a little shelf to hold phones in place and lots of phone cases are too thick to fit in the tray. This one is perfect. BUT - My one issue with the case is when trying to do wireless charging (inductive charging). There is no metal ring (MagSafe) in the case to snap it to the charging pad. If I gently set the phone on the charging pad and move it around for a few seconds I can finally get it set correctly to charge. But if I happen to bump the phone or table it easily falls off the charging pad. So if that is important to you then you'll probably need to select a different case. ... show more

Very sturdy and protective. The hard outer shell has a matte soft touch texture that is very nice. I feel like it gives good impact protection while also not being too bulky. Overall, love it and highly recommend!
