The hair itself is beautiful and matched my color so perfectly. It is easy to wash and maintain and we even just spritz it and added a little moose to get it curly to match my hair with no problems. I had them put in my a professional. I wouldn't suggest doing it alone.. I have had them in for a week and half now and already 4 have fallen out! I have made sure not to put any conditioner near the beads and use an extra wide comb.. but they still fell out.. also some of the beads irrated the very top of my scalp... the hair itself is great... but the beads need to be changed for sure! I go back to my beautician tomorrow to try and fix the ones that fell out and possibly change beads... wish I would have changed the beads before I installed them! Update: after the review I was contacted to recieve replacements and suggested to put less hair in. I will add the replacements once they come in.

*UPDATE 4/17/2023* After posting a review, the seller Ruby, reached out for an investigation on my item and after providing photos and proof to them they determined I did not get the correct item due to their distribution center. She made sure that I was taken care of and they sent me out a new package of hair, as I am using them for a wedding next month and they need to be in good condition. I was not expecting them to reach out but I’m glad they did as I am happy I don’t have to go out of my way to get a whole new set. Will come back later to upload a photo with end results! I ordered two packs separately and the first one was good, super thin. But the second pack was kind of dry and not as soft as the other, also has a ton of static I can’t get rid so I’m concerned it’s not 100% real hair. It says it’s 50g of hair but it’s so tiny it’s questionable. I usually buy my I tips from a salon and it’s usually much thicker so I’m disappointed as I was hoping it was a good price but I guess the thin quantity is what you pay for :/

UPDATE: After my review, I was contacted by LaaVoo customer service very quickly. They were very responsive and worked with me and offered a replacement. I initially turned it down because I wasn’t sure if I wanted to try their product again in addition to I wasn’t sure if I was going to keep the same color I have now. They offered to replace them I whatever color I desired and length. Excellent customer service by LaaVoo! I will definitely order their product again in the future. Please read entire review! UTip extensions: At first, I LOVED these extension, I could go for hours without having to brush them, the hair felt great and curled beautifully and it looked great. Now, after a few weeks of wear they get easily matted where my own hair stops. It does not matter how much hair oil or high quality hair products I use, if I plan to wear my hair down I better intend on brushing it ever 15 minutes. I also do not wash but once every 3-4 days. I’ve been told I need to do a Brazilian blowout to get these back to good condition. Also, after having them installed for a month the hair is starting to carry an odor that is not pleasant which causes me to wash them more often. The longevity of the hold has been great, the utip is the best hold I’ve ever had. I am on the fence about whether I will purchase this brand again however.
