I purchased this product after AI recommended it to me for my face. I was not expecting these amazing results from a pharmaceutical product. But I have been using Olay Retinol 24. And the product is great, but this blew way Olay out of the water. I used it over moisturizer the first few times just to trip to keep my skin from not irritating. I woke up the next morning and my pimples on my face were almost completely gone. One was gone completely. After my second use, two days later, my skin was completely clear. Last night, I put it on under moisturizer, and my smoker lines around my lips are completely gone. I will post a picture of the amazing results after I have been using it longer than two weeks.
