I love this pillow! At first I hated it. It took a while to figure out how to position it best for the way I tilt my head when I sleep. I have to put the pillow on a diagonal. I also use it alone because when I used it on top of another pillow, my face still touched the pillow which caused wrinkles. It has definitely helped with the vertical sleep creases I have on both cheeks. Sometimes if I'm sleeping really hard I get off the sweet spot and still get the crease but generally it's working! Might add a bit more stuffing since I am not putting it on another pillow. ... show more

PILLOW IS WAY TOOOOO SMALL FOR AN ADULT YET DOES NOT EXPLAIN THAT IN THE DESCRIPTION. HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND AND NOW DISGUSTED THAT I CANNOT REFUND THE PRODUCT A WHOLE FOODS, BUT HAVE TO SPEND AT LEAST 1/2 OF WHAT IT COSTS TO RETURN IT. SO UNFORTUNATE AND AMAZON SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS SELLER?

the shape of the pillowette does not protect the skin as i had anticipated. perhaps a softer, slightly smooth/slippery cover would be more effective.

I have had one of these for probably 15 years and it finally wore out! I took it on trips and everywhere. I even used it at the dentist one time because their headrest was so uncomfortable. I got the cotton covered one. It has a zipper to take the cover off but every single week I just throw the whole thing in my hot water white laundry and dry it in the dryer. I suppose that is why it finally wore out. I am so glad I could buy a brand new one! ... show more
