I finally found the mascara that won't smudge. After years of trying different brands, all of them being water resistant to try to find the one that didn't smudge or rub off on my skin, this is the one. I have oily skin above my eyelids and throughout the day I'd have black from mascara. It was embarrassing. But not this mascara. I don't even need to worry or check the mirror constantly with this product. I had used this mascara in the past and just never thought about it until I had years of the smudging and not knowing why. I'm going back to this mascara every time now. It even washes off pretty well for being water resistant. Also makes my lashes look linger and more curled without the lash curler. UPDATE: still using the same bottle from before and it's recently started to smudge or leave black on my eye lids. I can't win. Maybe it's only good for the first couple months. ... show more

Absolutely love this mascara however the first tube I used seemed old and clumpy I’m on my 2nd one and this one seems slightly better so far Feel like I got 1/2 the use out of the 1st one Other than that it’s a great product

I love the previous iteration of this L'Oreal mascara which has a translucent first coat or primer. This primer is black which is fine but it's not as glue like

Overall a decent lengthening mascara, but very dry and does not create the look of fullness I had wanted as well that other fiber based lengthening mascaras provide.
