I have fought my entire life with thin, small eyelashes and it got even worse after I battled breast cancer. Let me tell you!!! This mascara is by far the best I have ever used! I’ve tried everything from drugstore to expensive and everything in between! I cannot stress enough, how amazing this mascara is ! It lengthens with one coat with two coats. It looks phenomenal. It does not clump and the brush is a thin, fine brush exactly for women with thin, fine lashes.

The media could not be loaded. This mascara did stick to it's word and lengthen, but I saw no curling action. A bit of a bummer, but since my lashes are so tiny, but I'll take the lengthening win. But there are other perks! No matter how many layers I apply, my lashes stay soft, they don't get stiff and flaky as some others I have do. The brush is rather nice, and I was able to get my barely there lower lashes, too. And it's fairly easy to remove even though it's waterproof. Quite impressive.

I have lashes that are straight and point in a somewhat downward angle. I have to aggressively curl my lashes to get them to show at all and at the end of the day, they aren't usually as curled as I started out with and not too visible. I've also noticed that my ending lashes were getting cut/damaged because they weren't as long as they used to be. 😕 So I started checking reviews and decides to try this Extensionist mascara (NOT waterproof) in black. This is the first mascara that has actually curled my lashes! It also added some length. Check out the pic and decide for yourself if it's enough of an improvement. I thinkbit is and it's now my new go to mascara.

Don't let these reviews fool you. This isn't some magical mascara that does anything different than all the other mascaras out there. Even their regular telescopic mascara is the same. I swear they just slap a new design on the same formulas and claim them to be different. They provided free samples to a bunch of influencers to get this to become a big release, I thought MAYBE it would be different and purchased from Amazon instead of TikTok so it would arrive faster. Big let down. It also says washable, but I find it closer to waterproof mascara. It definitely hurts the roots of your lashes after wearing it all day. Does it work? Yes. Is it amazing and life changing? No. Would I recommend it? No, not more than any other mascara with the same claims. Honestly, I'd just continue to use their regular telescopic.

I have natural long lashes. I just need a mascara that thickens and curls somewhat because mine point down. This mascara is GREAT! I only use on top lashes though because it does smear. The picture is from a Botox appt. I’m not trying to show off my pimple. lol. But you can see the lashes.

I really expected to like this mascara, but it ended up being a complete disappointment. Even the launch was irritating as a "TikTok Exclusive", and I did not want to purchase through TikTok, so I waited until it was available on Amazon. What I Liked:
Honestly, nothing. Mascara is extremely personal, so I’m sure some people will enjoy this formula, but I can’t see myself repurchasing or even using it in some way. What Didn’t Work for Me: * Flimsy wand: The wand is flexible in a way that feels unstable. If you like the bendiness of the L’Oreal Telescopic wand, you might appreciate this one, but I prefer stiff wands that actually comb through my lashes. This one didn’t. * Tiny, soft bristles: The bristles are so short and soft that they barely grip the lashes. They didn’t separate anything — just created clumps. * Poor stopper design: The stopper doesn’t remove excess product, so the wand comes out overloaded. It applies globs of mascara and makes the clumping even worse. * No curl hold: For a waterproof formula, the curl hold is awful. Waterproof mascaras normally keep my curl since water is low on the ingredient list, but this one straightened my lashes almost immediately. * Sticky formula: Even after application, the mascara stays tacky, which is uncomfortable and makes the lashes stick together. I had hoped this would be similar to Covergirl’s Clump Crusher wand. I’m still waiting for Covergirl to release a true waterproof version of Clump Crusher (since their current waterproof version is really only water resistant). Someday I’ll find the perfect mascara.
