First was first impressed with the seller's packaging because typically I'd be concerned with joust-abouts during transit. My shadow pallet arrived in perfect condition! The container was wrapped snugly in small bubble wrap, secured with tape, then inserted inside a perfectly sized plastic zip bag. This was then shipped in an Amazon biodegradable envelope (I luv these!). The shadows themselves are perfect for me as an over-60 woman with medium skin tone in the warm-neutral range. My go-to shades are soft browns and beige, but I have a lot of grey outfits that would coordinate nicely with this new Black Lace matte palette. So far I'm really enjoying the color combo since they're all on the sheer side. I have not tried layering to build depth of color. The darkest shade in the group also makes for a soft liner. Very pleased with the exceptional price (under $6). The sheerness is perfect for me, and the longevity goes at least 8+ (normal skin). I suspect humid hot summertime will shorten this though. ... show more

Nice dark colors for a moody, sultry eye makeup presentation. The colors last several hours without eye preparation products. The white is dull white; i use a little sparkle in the mix for some levity. Washes well with a facial cleanser.
