Colors are very vibrant. Would rather have a brush applicator than a sponge. Sponge streaks on powder where brush glides powder on and you have more control of intensity of color. Like it anyway. One of the colors was slightly crushed, but am not complaining, all the others were fine. The cost was great so why complain, I'm happy with the whole pallett. Like other reviews stated, I received this with sections missing and powder all over the outside as the item was shipped without any wrapping - just dropped in an envelope; however, it was replaced by Amazon with no problem. The second arrived in perfect condition. This has very deep pigment, especially considering the low price and number of shades included. It is small and each color slot is tiny, but that is what I was looking for. There's a mixture of matte and shimmer colors. This is well worth trying. ... show more

I’ve been using loose chrome powder and loose pigment powder on my nails for a while now, and I was shopping for MORE nail powders to play with when I came across some solid pigment powder. The cases looked just like eye shadow! I thought, hmmmm, I wonder what would happen if I used ACTUAL eye shadow… So I found a color palette I thought would make for nice nails that was also relatively inexpensive so if my experiment failed, I wasn’t out much money. But my experiment was a complete success! Check out my practice sticks! I painted the nail sticks with a base coat as well as two layers of white polish before I began applying the eye shadow. Some colors only required two eye shadow coats while others really required three. I used q-tips to apply and blend in the shadow. I typically use sponges or eye shadow applicators but I didn't want to pollute the good stuff if this didn't work. But it did! I’m so pleased. ... show more
