Bought this to replace my favorite pioneer woman version of this mug. This one is 10x better. The paint on my old one started chipping off only a few weeks of using it and it would get on my lips. Nasty. This cup seems to have a super sturdy finish and a band of steel where you drink from. Very thoughtful design and I love the color. I bought this particular cup to replace my old plastic cups which were no longer available. I only use it for coffee and I have my measurements for cream and sugar exactly the way I like it. Keeps coffee hot for a couple hours. There’s a problem with the lid. I bought (3) cups and two of the slides broke within a week. See the photo of the two lids on the left. The lid in the photo on the right is a replacement lid i purchased and it has worked great with no problems. The name of the new lid is Pandaria and the second photo shows the box and item numbers. They come two lids in a box and cost about $7.00 for the two lids. All in all a great cup just buy the other lids and you’ll be happy. ... show more

This was a good cup until the slider on the lid broke. It only lasted 2 weeks. Lid is cheap, other than that it was a good mug. I did find a replacement lid but shouldn’t have had to that soon.

I put coffee in here from my keurig, which usually doesn’t even make coffee hot enough that I couldn’t sip it immediately. Anyway. Keurig into this cup, 30 min later while driving tried to take a sip and had to tip it way up to get it through the spout, and ABSOLUTLEY SCALDED THE MUCUS MEMBRANE OFF THE ROOF OF MY MOUTH. like I think this cup worked so good it might have made the coffee hotter. Lid badly designed. Can’t keep air inflow open while drinking most times. Only get a dribble (and I do mean DRIBBLE) of coffee at a time. Then need to sit it upright, let air in to get another dribble. It does keep coffee hot for at least 2 hours. That’s a good thing as it takes at least that long to drink the whole cup because of low coffee output. Color (Dawn) not as pictured. There is only a little difference in color between base and top of cup. Nothing like the picture. I’m not sure that it really does hold 20 ounces. I have another 20 ouncer and, when I compare the volume in both, the KyreDino comes up short. I didn’t try a more accurate measurement, I wasted enough time on this.
