Kyocera is an amazing company. They pioneered ceramic kitchen tools so I'd say they are the best. This is a simple design. I've used it on lemons to extract the skin. No problems there. I'm looking forward to working with it on other peeling tasks but I just received it so not much experience with it. I'll update later on if it tanks or works better than expected. ... show more

Sharp for a ceramic peeler, even for rough citrus surfaces. Threw away my metal bladed peeler since it gets rusty after a couple use. No such issue with ceramic peeler. Price could be cheaper though.
