Shipment came the earliest date it stated. The machine is easy to use despite set up is not very clear. I had a hard time figuring out how to set it up. I messaged the seller to ask for help.     • The karaoke machine is OK, inferior mixer/mic receiver, systems also have bugs
I placed the order on Dec. 10, 2021. The machine arrived on Dec. 20, which was way ahead of Amazon given the delivery date of Dec. 28. It was a nice surprise. The Karaoke systems come with a karaoke ordering machine, a 22” touch screen where you can select songs and enter other system commands, and a wireless Microphone receiver + two microphones. The microphone receiver also acts as the mixer. It mixes the karaoke music and singing voice together before sending it to the amplifier (you need an amplifier and speakers to karaoke). One of the nice features of the systems is that it can freely download songs from a cloud, where new songs are added continuously. However the systems have several issues. First and the most important one is that the mixer has such a weak power output that I need to set its gains to max and set my AV receiver volume to almost maximum to be able to get proper microphone volume output (I have a fairly decent stereo system: a Yamaha AV receiver and Cerwin Vega + B&W speakers). The mixer has no label, no model number and no manufacture date. I received no answer when I asked the seller if this is a generic issue or just the mixer I received. The systems also have some bugs. For example, the microphone volume buttons on the touch screen do not work. Neither does the menu button (I have to ask the seller to email me the operation menu). One more thing, the metal stand supporting the touch screen has such rough and sharp edges; I had to use files to smooth it out before installation to avoid my hands being cut. ... show more

Most of the Karaoke content were borrowed from twenty years ago. I know because it is same as the one I had. The equipment looks inferior quality. It does not even have a remote. An HDMI cable is missing. I am seriously considering a refund. Honestly it should only worth half the price. I bought it only because I trust Amazon. ... show more
