Quality and sturdy furniture. The shipment comes in one box and is wrapped and padded to avoid scratching/damage. The chairs ( and table) come in several pieces. All pieces are clearly labeled and hardware and tools needed are included. Instructions are easy to read. It took me about 1.5 hours ( working by myself) to unpack and put together all 3 pieces of furniture. I love these chairs! They swivel and rock and the cushions are well made. They’re comfy, not hard. But they won’t wear out quickly either. I’ve had them under the porch outside for a year and they still look great. No color fading. My husband’s chair broke the week we got it and they quickly sent us a replacement part for him to fix it. I found matching gliding footstools on Temu since they didnt have them.

I've had these for just over a month now. I like them quite a bit. IMO look very nice and are fairly comfortable. They seem pretty solid and have good weight. With that said, the instructions could be more defined in some areas. Patience in putting together is a requirement...it's a bit of a pain in the A. Specifically, connecting the base connector to the swivel chair base. This part requires significant force. I had to use a rubber mallot and it still wasn't easy. Got it together and it definately feels solid. The paint seems to scratch easy somewhat? Got couple of minor scrapes possibly while putting them together??..eventhough I did everything on top of the bubble wrap. Again, I've had them out for over a month now and haven't noticed any new scrapes. Someone commented that they don't stay in place or they rotate and rest in odd positions when not in use..true. Adjusting/playing with the "footbed" /levelers on the bottom seems to help with that some..but no not all the time...lol. Overall, once put together, I have to say I really like them. I'd but them again but would certainly look for other options I think I may like equally first.

Chairs are the style I wanted. No wicker. Seem like good quality. A little disappointed in thin cushions especially the back. Assembly went good. Leave bolts loose until completely bolted then tighten. Price was good except for the shipping costs. Shipping came in 2 shipments 3 days apart.

While these are well made and look nice, the swivel is over the top sensitive. Can't keep them still no matter what we try. It drives me crazy and doesn't look very nice. Update: After contacting the company they reached out with some ideas for this issue. (Using rope or zip ties to stop the swivel) my husband put a rubber gasket at the bottom on the base stem and it worked beautifully. Still swivels but only as much as I want it to. Brilliant! Changing my review to 5 star.

I love the new look this bistro set has made of my patio; more modern, less crowded. The chairs are wonderfully comfortable. The swivel and glider function are very smooth operating. The depth of the seat is greater than I anticipated but leaves room for a nice designer pillow if needed. I did hire help to assemble but that job was completed within an hour. I'm waiting for the cushion wrinkles to "relax", but that's really no big deal. In the main, I am very satisfied and moved to further "freshen up" my entire view.
