It’s a good looking wine fridge. It came in about 3 days when it estimated 7 days for arrival. I was concerned about some of the comments while researching this fridge, things like it being loud, buttons not working, taking a long time to get cold and not being cold enough. While I’ve had this item for a week, I think it’s money well spent. It’s not loud, I hear it only if I’m close to it and the sound is minimal. It became cold really fast, I set it at 55 degrees and in less than an hour it was at 55 degrees. I realized there’s a method to stacking my wines... skinny bottles on the top and regular ones on the other shelves. I put two champagne bottles in the little draw area. The media could not be loaded. We bought this because so many reviewers said this was quiet. It's NOT (see the video). There are several other things WRONG with this wine fridge: 1. The top rack is TOO CLOSE to the inside ceiling. You can't fit regular sized wine bottles into the top rack (see the video). Beer bottles might fit but we were hoping to put wine into this wine fridge.. 2. The compressor is LOUD. It is the loudest running appliance in our house. Rated 43 decibels on a sound level meter. 3. The door is NOT reversible so it will always swing from the left side. 4. The bottom rail doesn't swivel so putting bottles behind the bottom rail takes some weird maneuvering. Of course this fridge isn't Prime. We knew we would have to pay return shipping if we weren't satisfied, but we were relying on the positive reviews in choosing this fridge. Maybe this review will prevent others from making the same mistake. ... show more

I had a good experience with the product so far. It was one of the few small coolers I could find to fit into a bottom cabinet under my bar. Measurements were accurate. I read all the reviews which are quite good and asked a question of users where I got great answers. Although not intended to be a "built-in" I have been able to build it into cabinet since it had plenty of room behind and around the cabinet to let the fan/unit get good air circulation. Also, I did not have any problems with the temperature or adjusting. I was able to set at 55 degrees and it has been good for a few months. For the price, this was excellent. Product runs quiet and looks nice. Dimensions fit perfectly for my countertop. Was surprised to find that it only has a ninety day warranty so hopefully holds up. Biggest problem with unit is temperature control. Comes preset at 46 which I moved to 50 to try and get to 55. However found that in doing so the temp went to 55 and fluctuated to 59. Tried resetting to 48 and temp fluctuated from 54 -58. Which was not to bad. Tried last setting to go to 46 default and found that stayed close to 52 without fluctuations so am leaving at this temp. ... show more

Thought this would be the perfect wine fridge for my counter top. Measured and according to their graphic and specs it should fit perfectly. After waiting almost a month for it to arrive, it's larger than described. Disappointed, I boxed it back up and went to return on Amazon, only to find out that I have to pay for the shipping to return it. Will cost almost $100 to return... pretty pointless. This company should be better and post more accurate descriptions... that is all. ... show more

A love song, to my Kuppet wine cooler, which while sightly noisier than expected and could go a few degrees cooler, really gets the job done and is one of the best things I've ever bought myself. (clears throat, hums) 10 bottles of sweet wine in red, white, and rosé. Cans of hard seltzer to last me the whole day. Beer for my husband and sweet grenadine. These all fit into my favorite thing! Pineapple juice for the kids, or as mixer. Soda and seltzer; fantastic elixir. Big jar of olives, glasses that go 'ding'. These all fit into my favorite thing! When the kids suck, and I'm out of luck, Quarantined and sad. I simply come back to my favorite thing, Then I don't feel so bad! ... show more

If you are looking for a wine cooler that holds 19 bottles of wine, this is not the one for you. The product is nicely constructed and is good quality, however, when I went to put the wine in the cooler after it was chilled appropriately, it was a real struggle. The 3 racks are too closely spaced where you cannot get 5 bottles on each rack. On the top rack, I could only fit 3 bottles, even then, they are pushed right to the top of the cooler, the two spaces on the end of the top rack are way to tight and could not get bottles in there. On the middle rack, I could not place bottles underneath the three on the top rack. They would not fit and trying to push them in tore the labels on the bottles. I did place 5 bottles on the bottom rack alright. So, where there should have been 15 bottles on the 3 racks, I could only get 10 reasonably in. Not to mention, placing and removing the bottles is a challenge because everything is so tight. The price is very reasonable but it does not fulfill what the description is to hold 19 bottles of wine. ... show more
