I read all the reviews trying to find someone with similar body type as me, I'm curvy but have a smaller waist. These I ordered in a size 10 and they are PERFECT. I'm 5'5 with shorter legs, hippy, smaller waist, and weigh 159 LBs. The pant length is what I wanted as I plan to wear Jordan sneakers with them. They have a lot of stretch to them so zero muffin top. In other jeans brands I wear: Levi's size 30 short & Express size 8 or 10 depending on the amt of stretch. Bought these jeans in blue color with minimal rips and the black with a lot of rips, both fit the same- great!

Love the stretch part of the genes. But they are too long for a short girl like me. So I had to cut them. And it kind of devaluedivide the look of they could just make the material a little bit shorter for short girls. They probably will sell even more. That doesn't matter, everything else was great.

I hate to complain about my pants having pockets too big. I mean, we have fought fashion for usable pockets for decades, right? But the pockets on these require a certain amount of care when you’re putting the jeans on to get them laying right and they are almost too deep. Other than that, these are your typical cheap blue jeans. The zipper is super cheap. The fabric isn’t thick enough to be helpful at shaping. Like literally no butt lift at all and they give visible panty line. They fit as expected and look fine on. I have thick ankles and some skinny jeans cut off my circulation, but these are comfortable. I am 5’5” 160lbs and ordered a size 12. They fit as expected.

I really like the wash and fit of these jeans BUT they are not the same jeans as pictured. The rips in photo are haphazard and cool, the ones on jeans you receive are not random but very organized (in a not good way) and the same exact size rip throughout, so it looks completely unnatural. Luckily a longer shirt hides the top ones.
