I have very sensitive ears that would get red and weepy with cheap jewelry from Claire's and the like. I am now on the 12g plugs and haven't had any issues so far, no irritation from the metal at all. The rubber bands are a little tricky to get on at first, more like a pressing motion than a stretching motion to get them on initially after inserting the jewelry. If you wear them snugged up against the skin on the back of your ear instead of in the little divot, they will stretch faster, so you may want to order some spare rubber bands in various sizes in case you lose one. Easier to put in than my silicone ones. Only thing is they’re labeled in mm not gauge size so I had to find the correlating mm size to my taper and silicone gauges.

I ordered the wrong color, but that's my fault; I forgot to click on the color instead of rolling over them with my cursor when looking through the options. I got blue when I wanted rainbow, but I like the blue ones more than I expected. Despite most other kits having the 14g be solid, these are tunnels. It's not visible unless you're looking head-on, but I thought that was cool. ... show more

These have been fantastic on my stretching journey. I really only have one complaint and that is that the rubber ring seems to wear out quickly and if it gets caught in my hair or shirt, I can either lose it or the whole tunnel quite easily. Thankfully my stretching kit that I'm using in conjunction with these has extras otherwise I would have been SOL a few times. Other than that, I love them! I'm quite metal sensitive and these don't irritate my skin or holes at all, they don't turn it green, they haven't caused me any issues except for the whole rubber ring thing. ... show more

I was a 00 but I lost one and just never bought new ones, this is nice to resize up I wasn’t sure what size I’d be at so it’s nice to have a variety without having to pay for each size separately. I shower with them clean them in the shower they feel good I’m at a 8 so I can stretch them a few more times recommend to anyone trying to size up or just start stretching their ears ... show more
