Came in correct sizes, they are very shiny and stay in well without causing irritation. I got the shortest stems for my 3 cartilage piercings since I have very thin ears. I've been wearing them for a couple of weeks without taking them out (showering, sleeping etc) and they haven't fallen out at all. I ordered these just so I could try it out and I ended up falling in love with these and my only complaint is they get loose easy but because they come with so many I am blessed to have so many spares. On a side note i do mess with the nose ring often so it’s not like it gets loose on it’s own.

having 21 piercings myself, i would say that i am pretty well versed in piercings/jewelry. the internally threaded studs i got from my piercer were beginning to strip, making the diamonds fall out constantly so i wanted to purchase a good selection of back ups. i have been wearing these for a few months now and am very pleased with them. i am allergic to a few types of metal and these didn’t irritate my ears. the only negative comment i have is that the prongs holding the jewels are quite long and sometimes snag on fabric. ... show more

Ok so I bought these almost a year ago, comes with alot and I put 1 in my bottom lip (labret) piercing and I'm still only using 1 !! NO matter what it never came out! I forgot it was a thread one till I finally took out and cleaned....very comfortable and you won't know your even wearing ! No irritation and I got very sensitive skin and alot of earrings make me itch and irritate my skin but not these at all. Looks like real diamonds too and still shines . Looks expensive! People think I got a real diamond in my bottom lip. Now these are for multiple uses but I use mine for my Labret piercing....I love these best ones I bought ! ... show more

First of all I like they're size options which makes it great for people like me who have thinner earlobes since I normally need a shorter bar. I really like them overall but the "diamond" rattles a little for each earing so I am expecting they will get lost eventually since they are not as secure as I would like. Second of all they can easily slip out -meaning the earring that goes into the post can slide out if you don't bend the earring part. This is normal except when I bent that part it doesn't make it much more secure. I would keep this in mind when wearing them. Overall, I like that these do not irritate my ears as I am sensitive to metals. I also like the price, comfortability, and how they look. ... show more

My package arrived with 1 broken stone, which made me wonder about their quality control, but didn't think it's a big deal. But, the real deal breaker is ( like many others report) , the metal doesn't seem to be surgical steel! I've had nose piercing for a year and changed out the stud several times. I put one of these in yesterday, and woke up this a.m. with my piercing hurting like crazy! I took it out, having to tug on the pin to get it out, but then I felt immediate relief. I was going to throw them away, but will return them so the manufacturer gets the message.. these are not acceptable! ... show more

I love these! I have many ear piercings and these are great bc they’re easy to put on. Screw earrings are too frustrating. Sometimes I forget to rebend the post so I have lost some, but the value is great so I’ve rebought and it doesn’t happen that often. Bought twice over multiple years.
