Make sure you order a size bigger than you normally wear as this runs small. Also if you have wide feet. Your pinky will be outside of the shoe bed. Wish they had this in wide or x- wide. I kept it anyway as the foot bed was very comfortable. And the grip of the strap was just right. I believe you can walk for hours on this. These shoes are WAY too soft and squshy for any kind of serious walking. And if you're looking for a recovery shoe, keep looking. I'm wondering - is it really too much to ask that in the 21st century, a shoe mfg can't make a durable AND bouyant shoe with proper arch support? What is so difficult about that? These seemed really nice good quality. When I put them on they squished down a bit and the heel was a little too low so I felt off-balance. The toe part was positioned just a little too far back for my feet so the strap felt tight enough that it might break if I walked in them.
