The arch support is real, making them a great option for long days on my feet, as they are perfect for my cruise vacation! The toe band is another highlight. It’s soft and doesn’t feel irritating between my toes, which is often an issue with other flip-flops. I was pleasantly surprised at how natural they feel to wear. One unexpected bonus is the extra height. These add about half an inch, which I love as someone who’s 5’3”. It’s just enough to feel slightly taller without being obvious! They are also very lightweight! They are thick, not flimsy so they will be durable! Overall, these are stylish, functional, and comfortable. Quite surprised at the comfort level of this flip flop. I've always purchased the Crocs but this flip flop offers much more cushioned foot bed with an arch support. Will most likely be buying another pair. Fits true to size and per other reviews on the toe bed being narrow, I don't find this happening in this flip flop on my foot. Very light footwear, not heavy feeling at all.

Ok so, I am a Vionic girl out of necessity. I have zero arch, I'm talking Fred Flintstone feets. So for my comfort, Vionic is a decent option. That being said, they are over priced and the fashionable options are limited. For that reason, I am always on the lookout for brands that can beat my current shoe of choice. I first purchased this brands fur covered wedge slide size 12 and overall I would give them a 4/5 star rating. They are super soft and squishy with a wide toe box area. The arch support however is just not there. I added my own little gel supports and it helps. The "rabbit" type fur has shed a couple times but not so much that it's left holes or anything like that. Overall, if the company could invest in the arch support, they could be a true contender. With the current style, they will mainly benefit those with normal, healthy feet with unfallen arches. I just realized I'm writing a review for the other pair that I own. I own this pair as well and I would say that like the wedge pair, they are soft and squishy. The style is very basic. I own them in navy blue and it's a pretty navy blue with a little metal logo on the strap. My biggest issue with this shoe would be that the toe box area is very narrow and my big toe is always trying to slip over the edge. I have size 12 D normal width feet and I can honestly say I would not purchase this style of their shoe again simply because the toe box is too narrow. Also as with the wedge shoes, the arch support is not the best. They are soft and squishy though and for someone with normal healthy possibly slightly narrow feet, these would be a wonderful addition to their wardrobe. So to recap my overall feeling about this brand... if they would invest in true arch support then they could be a true contender with other orthopedic shoes. They definitely have some cute styles. But as of right now anyone with truly flat feet would have to add additional arch support with gel inserts or the like.

I have plantar fasciitis and can only wear a few brands of shoes, so I wasn't sure about ordering these. I am so happy I did! These are great quality and I can wear them all day and my feet don't hurt. I wear seven and a half size and that is what I ordered and they fit perfectly.

Update: I purchased a second pair but the second pair seems cheaper. The sole is the same rubber color but I got a brown strap almost the same color as the sole and the strap gaps on one shoe; weirdly on my bigger foot. Also the strap feels thinner. I think the one from my original pair was two straps sewn together and feels thicker. So I’m dropping 2 stars since the quality no longer seems to be as good. I have to agree that these are really good shoes. I was looking for house shoes. It normally doesn’t matter to me whether flip flops have arch support but these turned out to be supper comfortable. I am an 8.5 wide and ordered the suggested 9. These aren’t big or narrow and fit great! The sole is higher than I would usually choose to wear but I am not tripping with the added height. They look so cute too.

I have an average width and the straps are a bit loose although when I walk my food does not slip out . It runs true to size so get your size for length. Sometimes I size down in a sander but in these I m glad I didn’t. It has a good cushion on the footbed and the arch support is average. I have a low arch and these give moderate arch support for me. My toe box is a bit wide and my toes just fit the front without hanging over. The straps have soft material between my toes and does not rub. I do recommend even though they are a bit loose.
