We purchased this for family campouts with the Scouts. Once we figure out the color coating on the poles, took about 20 minutes to put up. it absolutely poured the whole weekend. Both times we use this. I kept their family dry with plenty of room for inside activities. The materials appear to be a good quality and have not given us any issues. I like that you can zipper off the front and the back. We ran string between the anchors near the ceiling to be able to hang up, wet jackets, lights, and trash bags, and it held the weight nicely. While the fabric might be water resistant, the zippers are not which let's water slowly leak in. We got caught in a rain storm in the PNW and thought we were safe but upon waking we noticed water under our mattresses. Feeling around for holes we noticed droplets from the zipper area, super frustrating to deal with with 3 toddlers. ... show more

I will add photos later, But it was an extremely easy set up, we tested it out and It only took us maybe 15 minutes to set it up for the first time, thats including the time it took to read the instructions. This was just our test run, so when we go camping I will add photos of the set up and review it more. I believe we will be able to fully set it up within ten minutes since we will not need the instructions next time, it is a fairly straight forward set up. Edit. Changed my review to 1 stars after actually using the tent. There was water leaking in all over the place and it was not even raining that hard, the tent was put together exactly as it should be and it was leaking from the ceiling, from the sides. The top was puddling up in the back and even got to the point where the roof was caving in, we even went outside to see if there was any way we could tighten something more or figure out why the water was not just running off, but found that everything was as it should be. I expect way more out of a tent that I paid $300 for and claims to be waterproof. Very disapointed in this purchase, I am returning. ... show more

My original tent was damaged before it shipped out leaving me with 3 days to find a tent before our camping trip. I didn't even have time to unbox it before we left for the trip. It took a little time to figure out how to set up as the directions are a bit lacking. PLEASE NOTE: THE MAJORITY OF THE CONNECTOR PIECES FOR THE RODS ARE CONNECTED TO THE TENT. It took us about 20 minutes to figure that part out. Once we noticed the connectors the tent went up in less than 15 minutes. It comes with two large rooms. One of which can be separated into two by an included piece of nylon fabric. We kept it as a two room, and our large queen size air mattress filled most of it. The upside to the tent is that we ended up with a nice "living room /entry area so we weren't tracking dirt into the sleeping area. First night we had incredible downpours, the tent didn't leak much, slightly at the zippers. The fly was installed incorrectly by us so I can't complain too much. The tent is way more than we expected at the price point we paid and we are in love with it. Only complaint is that one of the tabs to put up the sun shade ripped out due to poor stitching but we intend to just put in a new grommet. ... show more

Bought this flr a family trip. No instructions at all so had to figure it out. Once up it was very nice, large and well made. One of the poles for thewindow already broke. Moisture overnight condensed on cover and it held it put till we went the shake it off then came right through so wouldnt expect much for rain ... show more

Easy to use Huge tent and fits lots of people. Has at least 2 rooms. Has a top to keep rain out and did so very well. It's roomy and you can zip up or down the net for fresh air if you want to. Perfect for big family's or storage space for camping.
