TSA locks. Zipperless, hefty handles
I’m really happy with this purchase. I am planning an international trip in the near future and I wantedliggage that I could rely on. One day, while retaining from Barbados, we discovered that our luggage was unzipped and our items spilled out on the roundabout. With Krute luggage, there are no zippers. The luggage is equipped with three hefty locks that will secure my items. I love the looks of the luggage and my wife likes the hooks, so she can hang her items outside of the luggage. I will update this post when I return from my trip. UPDATE!!!! After close review of one of the two suitcases I purchased, I noticed that it was slightly damaged. There was a rip internally and a huge dent on the bottom, make it difficult for the case to seal correctly. I immediately contacted the seller and they honored the warranty without question. Within 48 hours, I had a new suitcase delivered. THAT’S GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

So happy, we purchased a second
Update: We were so happy with the grey 28" we got, that we have bought a second 28" in the green color and have been traveling with both. They seem indestructible with minor scratches as we have been through multiple airports. These suitcases roll easy and are a breeze to access with the clasps and no zipper design. The locks are simple to set up and use. Easy to spot our green and grey cases at the luggage pick up. Very happy with both suitcases. Sturdy and lightweight. 10-year warranty is a plus that was easy to activate with stellar customer service who respond quickly.

A must buy.
This suitcase is truly a masterpiece. It's built like a miniature vault, and you can be assured when you travel your belongings will be safely secured. They're locking mechanism is unique in order to set the lock not like other luggages. There's a lot of room and best of all it is a Sleek looking piece of luggage. If you make this purchase you will not be disappointed.

Rugged suitcase!
I really like this suitcase a lot. It seems to be very rugged and on the first few trips the case itself held up well. I did, however, help one of the wheels get tore off about the second trip. I’m not sure that’s due to construction of the suitcase or the rough handling of the trip. The nice thing was an extra wheel was provided when I purchased the suitcase and I was easily to replace it by myself.

Excellent quality. Great price.
I was very happy with it until Southwest airlines destroyed it coming back from a trip. (They ended up buying me a lesser quality item) But will definitely buy another of these. Excellent quality. Lots of room. Even has an adapter for USB devices. Highly recommend.

Fantastic bag, and fantastic customer service!
Every few years, I have had to purchase a new large suitcase, because every time, without fail, the zipper would break, and ALWAYS while I was on an actual vacation. You know they saying, "They don't make things like they used to." That is definitely true when you're talking about zippered luggage. The zippers are mostly plastic anymore, and there's nothing more stressful than trying to figure out how you're going to get your suitcase and belongings back home when it's broken. We started carrying a strap with us, and hoped for the best. Anyway -- this time, we got home and decided to get a zipperless bag. However, so many are way out of my price range. I am a person who researches something to death before I make a purchase, and in my search, I saw consistently that Krute luggage was well made, and that customer service was fantastic. When I received my bag, I was pleasantly surprised with how nice and durable it was, and how light it is. With strict weight limits for checked baggage, the last thing you want is to have your actual suitcase take up 1/4 of the allowed weight before they charge you more. It was easy to set the combination, and rolls around very smoothly. They even give you an extra wheel in the event that the airline breaks one on a trip. It was also very easy to get in touch with someone from customer service when I went to register for the 10-year warranty. A+ Krute!

BAD PURCHASE
I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. For the price I paid, I expected a durable suitcase that would last atleast for a couple of years. Instead, it has already started falling apart after only a few months of light use. As you can see in the photo, the exterior of the suitcase is in excellent condition—there are virtually no scratches or scuffs, which proves that I have handled this bag with care. Despite that, the build quality is clearly lacking. The main issues: Mechanical Failure: The locks have stopped working correctly, making it incredibly difficult and frustrating just to open the box. Broken Components: The bottom small leg peg has already snapped off (see attached photo). The hardware used here is clearly not up to the task of regular travel. It’s unacceptable for a suitcase in this price range to have structural and functional failures so quickly but this feels like a cheap imitation. I would not recommend this to anyone who wants reliable luggage.

No more splitting zippers and a stylish way to travel
After using zipper style suitcases around the same size and getting frustrated with the zippers splitting during travel, I did research on what was available for this latch style kind of suitcase which didn't rely on zippers for closure. After reviewing what was available out there, I purchased this 28" Krute piece. It's stylish, lightweight, easy to work the latches, and easy to navigate different terrain while traveling. I've taken it on several international trips during it's first year and I have been extremely happy with it's durability. I also appreciate the extra wheel that they include just in case. Looking forward to taking it on many more journeys!
