You lose a slight amount of space with latches instead of zippers but I feel this is more sturdy and secure. It is also so light and a pleasure to travel with. I'm going away again next month. This time with two of these babies! I will replace my entire suitcase collection. Original Review: I purchased the 28inch suitcase and so far I am impressed. I already had a carryon aluminum suitcase from another company that I enjoyed because it didn't have a zipper. I wanted the same thing for my checked luggage so I got this case. The aluminum is light, the latch closure is strong, all my clothes fit beautifully and the quality of the materials used is obvious. I have yet to take my flight but I can tell this will hold up so much better than my plastic luggage. The wheels run smooth and the hook on the side is perfect as I'm making my way to and from the airport. The price was also excellent for the quality and sturdiness. I was very happy with the value I got for my buck. This might get scuffed over time the way the airports handle luggage but I doubt it will get damaged or scratched the way my plastic luggage does. Functional and easy to change the combination. So far, I love this item!

Case looks great, feels sturdy, and is actually lightweight. Rolls great, the retractable arm is solid and tucks away clean. The item itself meets all expectations given the high price tag relative to comparable Amazon products. Customer service on the other hand far exceeded expectations. My bag 'popped' out at a corner - essentially blew out at the corner of the abs/pc shell. Same corner as a wheel. It was clearly from a big fall while in transport between multiple airports (24" bag, checked in, not carry on) - at least that's my theory. (Regardless, at whatever point in airport-to-airport transport it broke, although it sheared at a corner, it stayed whole - my belongings remained intact and contained. This says something profound to be honest.) Anyhow, while still at the airport I noticed it, snagged a picture, and sent it to Krute before I began my commute home. I messaged them on Amazon and was provided a direct email address. Their responses were timely and they were fluent in my native language. After showing a picture and providing order number, they quickly shipped me a replacement. No questions asked. They didn't ask who broke it, why I think it broke, if I mistreated it, etc - they just asked me where I wanted it shipped. I already received the replacement and opened it, so this review wasn't part of a barter. In the end I have a new bag (which is still warranted I've been advised) and still technically have the damaged bag. I wouldn't use the broken one to travel via airline, but maybe for a road trip? Nonetheless, at the very least, I have some spare wheels for my replacement! The product is great and service even better. For this, I will be adding the matching 20" carry-on to the arsenal.

I’ve been using this 24-inch zipperless luggage for a few trips now, and overall I’m really impressed. The aluminum frame feels sturdy and gives the suitcase a premium, durable feel. I especially like the zipperless design — the latch closure is quick, secure, and way more convenient than dealing with stuck or broken zippers. The size is perfect for a few days’ travel, and the interior is well organized with enough compartments to keep everything in place. The wheels roll smoothly, even when the luggage is fully packed, and it’s easy to maneuver through airports. One thing to note is that it’s a bit heavier than soft-shell luggage, but that’s expected with the aluminum frame and added durability. Overall, great build quality and a modern look. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something durable and different from traditional zipper luggage.

Had them 1 month and made 5 rounds trips with Airlines. One corner already dented. The locks are sturdy but won't close unless the open code is present on the lock itself. Made me think that they were obstructed or broken at first. The bags roll great. Wish they had a 3 piece set with one in between the large and the carry-on. Overall, if it only dents then it's a decent product. I have learned that there is nothing the airlines can't tear up. If they last a year of weekly travel, then it's a good investment.

Great Luggage! This is the perfect luggage in size, durability and the color that you can’t miss! This luggage made it across the country with absolutely no dents and just very slight dirt marks on it! The locks are super easy to use and set the combinations. No zippers is the only way to go! The inside has multiple pockets and a strap that keeps everything in place. Upon arrival everything was in the same place as packed. The color stands out from the rest and is very quick to spot. The luggage itself is slightly heavier than maybe others but the wheels work extremely well. Even had someone else comment how much better they thought the wheels roll than other luggage. It also comes with a spare wheel just in case needed. Love this luggage and so glad I purchased it! It really resembles the expensive NOBL luggage without the higher price! Highly recommend!

Ok I have yet to take on cruise but it is really nice I'll update this after the trip next month but in meantime this is well made and rolls very well it doesn't go all wonky on you and is a good size not too big. It has a USB thing in it which seems ridiculous as it means you have to pop open suitcase when you land to put power bank in to use or if using before trip you must remove before checking bag. it also has a flimsy cord attached to it and no sewed pocket to hold said power bank you provide a simple pocket would suffice.. Overall I like this bag a lot the clasp locks seem secure and easier than a zipper. Lets see how it holds up under pressure but reading reviews I think I'll be fine. FIlls up with a week of clothes NP using for upcoming cruise I think it will be large enough.

SUPER LIGHT WEIGHT AND EASY TO SPOT!!!!! If you’ve yet to ever have a suitcase without zippers; you’re missing out!!! Even with long nails, the buckles are soooo much quicker! And the fact it’s TSA lock approved!! Sturdy but weighs “nothing”! It’s great!!!!

Looks great with some stickers added and holds a decent amount. Held up great after the first flight. Went through 4 connecting stops over the course of 26 hrs and baggage handlers didnt manage to bust it up, so thats awesome. Also came with an extra wheel, so when that day inevitably comes, you can swap it out easy. Fits all my stuff perfectly, including my PS5 and other things i didnt want to risk the handlers banging around. Some things i dont like tho; the latch cant be closed while the numbers are scrambled. This could be shrugged off as a mild inconvenience, but to me its also a security concern, because all it takes is someone to notice what your locks are set to while the bag is open and now they know the combo. Also, not a fan of how flimsy/cheap the locks feel. They feel very plasticy and honestly, if someone wanted to pry them off at the hinge side, id imagine it wouldnt be hard. Overall not bad for my first hardshell suitcase
