  • HIGH QUALITY: Krown Rookie Animal skateboards are strong, durable, and reliable boards. Krown Skateboards are very similar to the boards that Pro skateboarders are riding, but at a fraction of the price. This board is assembled with a 7-Ply Maple deck, heavy-duty aluminum trucks, urethane wheels, and precision bearings. This board rides great with a good mix of flex and stiffness.
  • SMOOTH RIDE: This skateboard comes with heavy-duty aluminum alloy trucks. The geometry of these trucks allows the user to adjust how much or how little the skateboard turns. High quality 52mm 99A high-rebound urethane wheels with precision speed ABEC 7 bearings make this board perfect for commuting, street skating, skate parks, bowls and ramps. Great for smooth and rough surfaces.
  • GRIPTAPE: Our griptape has an 80-grit level, which will provide you with great traction for your board. The enhanced grit helps provide support and gives your shoes a firm grip on the board at all times. This grip is the same quality that Pro skateboarders use!
  • NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED: Our skateboards come fully assembled and ready to ride straight out of the box! Assembly is not required, although tuning your board to personal specifications is encouraged. That means tightening or loosening the trucks to adjust how much the board will turn. Do not forget to customize your board by drawing on the griptape with paint markers or adding stickers to the bottom of the board.

decent beginner budget board
Color: Bengal
Decent budget board, we bought this to teach my son before investing into anything more expensive. Not my first choice for a complete, but due to "quarantine", everything was sold out at the time. This board was one of only a few that didn't have a month wait. My perspective is from a parent that wants to teach his son to skateboard without investing in a $200 setup right away. Honestly, the price was actually higher than it should be, this is Walmart or Target components, but for around $50 (this should be solidly in the $30-40 range). The deck and grip tape are solid, I borrow this board from my son to teach him regularly, and it holds my weight of 190 lbs without any issues. It is on the narrow side at 7.5" wide for an adult, but doable. I wouldn't try doing tricks at that weight, but for cruising and carving, it is fine. First things I changed out: The bushings are utter garbage, they are ridiculously hard, and I'm not even sure that is accurate, because they basically don't carve even after trying to break them in. If this is for a younger kid learning without much weight, turning is nearly impossible. I purchased some medium bushings and they made a world of difference, all for about $9. This board literally behaves like a whole different beast with this investment. Next, I loosened the wheels a little as some barely moved out of the box. The bearings are cheap, but fine for a beginner that doesn't need too much speed. Later, you'll want to upgrade these. If you plan on learning/teaching on rougher asphalt, you may also want to invest in wider and softer cruiser wheels with taller riser pads so you don't get wheel bite (stick to 60mm or under wheels, otherwise bite will be too much). If your ground is smooth enough, these trick wheels will be fine for now, although not as stable as some good cruiser wheels and harder to learn on. Another problem with these smaller wheels is that you can jam up something as small as a pebble. The trucks are perfectly fine, they're heavy generic budget steel, but honestly don't make any difference at this stage and they're durable, I've had no issues with them. The graphics are relatively cheap looking up close, but, you can add stickers on top and they will end up getting shredded on the bottom anyway. Also, a younger kid probably won't notice the finer details. In all, this board is okay, not garbage, but decent entry level board if you invest about another $10 into it for new bushings and adjust the wheels for spin and check the trucks for alignment. It can get beat up, they CAN learn on this, and you can invest into something more later on if they stick with it, say for a Christmas present. ... show more

Perfect for beginners
Color: Wolf
I purchased this skateboard for my son in June when he was a complete beginner. Never skateboarded before. At first, I was skeptical because he's a clumsy kid. After three weeks at the skate park, he learned to balance and come down ramps. Now after 5 months, the skateboard has been through a lot of wear and tear but still good for him for at least two more years (hopefully). He did learn that he had to adjust and loosen the wheels a bit to make the skateboard make sharper turns. Definitely recommend for beginners. ... show more

Item come with a flaw, dissapointing return process
Color: Bengal
The item was delivered on a Saturday ( April 11, 2020), earlier than expected and hasn't been confirmed as delivered when I am writing this. But wheels were poorly aligned due to trucks alignment and poor quality control before shipping out. I only realized after my son tried the board and told me the board kept going left. I did took the photo of the wheels. I tried to fix it several times, it got better but did not work well as my son kept trying but can't ride properly. So we decided to returned. It all happened in 2 hours. I filled the returned form, packed the skateboard back to the box and dropped at UPS next Monday. I then contacted the seller again telling them to check for the return. Today, they said the item was used and no problem was found and refunded me half the amount I paid. I am so disappointed. We used thit just to find out the flaw and tried to fix it, not completely as it still doesn't work very well, but to the point that it can't be realized by eyes. And now I am faulted for trying to fix their poor quality control. Unbelievable!!! ... show more

You get what you pay for
Color: Wolf
You get what you pay for with this board.. I bought this skateboard for my 7 year old who wanted to learn how to skate. Since I wasn't sure if he would stick with it or not, I didn't want to spend a lot of money. This board is just ok. The bearings are pretty bad and we ended up spending $15 on some better ones which made a huge difference. The trucks are also not very good. After skating this board for about 5 weeks and seeing my son is going to stick with it, we have decided to build him a decent board with quality components. ... show more

Skateboard for kids
Color: Wolf
The trucks are very stiff and make it difficult to turn for the beginners. I took them apart and reassembled and loosen them up somewhat.

It is a great skateboard for beginners. The only thing is that the graphics scratched easily. Overall it is a great skateboard.
