I ordered the "Green" 20" expandable carry on. Description measurements (14.1 x 9.3 x 21.5") seem accurate, I was worried because several reviewers noted different color bags were different sizes and I want mine to match with the restriction for Air France. All the features appear accurate, the spinner wheels look sturdy and it spins well at the house. Telescoping handle has several lock positions. Main zipper and expander zipper seem secure. Came with directions to set the combo lock. A few very small scuff marks, nothing big. I like that it has a side handle. It also has a little pocket and cord inside for a power bank and USB plug next to the combo lock so you can charge a device. Preparing for a 2 week European trip, hoping to update this review at my return.

It is well Constructed ; spacious and attractive .The bag has multiple intentior zippered compartments ; making it Functional to organize all of your personal belongings .the price point is very attractive as compared to name brand carry on airline bags costing twice the cost with similar features .when I ordered it from Amazon the bag arrived on time in perfect condition I highly recommend it as a purchase for all members of the famiiy. I will take the time to comment on an issue I had in the ordering process with Amazon with a similar bag That I attempted to buy .I it may not be a consistent Problem but worth noting .i ordered that bag twice over a period of two weeks with no indication of it Being prepared for shipment or my credit card being Accessed. I spoke to dozens of Amazon reps with zero Indication of any revelation what prevented me from Moving forward to get what had been ordered being Delivered .i was prompted multiple times during my two order attempts To go into the desktop computer And solve some mysterious perceived problem. I eventually gave up and canceled both of the ongoing attempted orders for the product.:caution: if anything like this happens to you jog Left, cancel the order and buy the product from a different vendor Sincerely Big Bob.

I'm sure it has way more features than I used, but 2 days before a trip out of the country I realized my larger carry-on suitcase did not have 360 degree wheels, which are a must. This suitcase matches my checked bag exactly, and did everything I needed it to do and nothing I didn't. Very happy with this purchase. Bag held up beautifully on this trip. Great value. Very pleased.

Ordered this carry-on last minute before my international flight within 2 days after realizing my current carry-on was not the proper size. I was very relieved to receive my order the following day! Great Service! HOWEVER, THE COLOR WAS WRONG! I ordered a maroon. Upon tearing open the package in my haste to pack, I was shocked to see what I received was a screaming YELLOW! Can't lose this one in a busy airport! I couldn't return it to exchange for the correct color so was forced to keep it. After the initial shock, I realized it was actually a pretty good product. It doesn't have outside pockets as other carry-ons. I actually appreciated the hard case that could take a good beating. Also, the TSA locking mechanism and built-in USB port is very convenient and useful. While I still wish I had received the maroon, I learned to live with the bright yellow and actually bonded with it during our trip. So, we now live happily ever after.

I heard that Air Canada was very strict about carry on luggage. This was one of three I could find on Amazon that actually met their maximum dimensions. (Seriously, I agonized over this for weeks.) In person it looked a bit flimsier than my larger tried-and-true Samsonite but I decided to still chance it with this new carry on. I'm delighted to say that it survived all of the unevenly textured Japanese streets and sidewalks, and all of the train, bus, and metro travel. We hauled it around 10 cities and the wheels are still fine. We over stuffed it with souvenirs and had to sit on it to close it and the zipper did not fail. We didn't use luggage transfer service and I never had to check it in so I don't know if it's that sturdy but I put it through my typical level of stress testing and it passed.

Bought this suitcase for my daughter. She needed one that would go in overhead. It did. Was perfect size. Also, what I really like about this suitcase is both internal insides have a covering panel and zip close. Keeps things from falling out. Would definitely buy again.

I LOVE the color of this carry on! We are planning to check it when we travel to the UK, so it will be very easy to spot at baggage claim. I love how both sides inside have zippered netting. One side has cross straps for extra support. There are also a lot of little hidden pockets inside the luggage. The handle is sturdy and easy to pull out/contract. Would definitely recommend this luggage. It’s quality for a good price.

The suitcase is fine as far as the basic features go. But part of the reason I went with this suitcase over others is it appeared that the USB port was for charging devices from a built-in battery. There is no such built-in battery. If you want to use the USB port to charge something, you have to plug the suitcase into a power source. At that point, why bother, just plug your device into the power source. Disappointed.
