UPDATE: I was able to open the bag. It has a little plastic clasp across it and that's why I couldn't open it. But I cut it with scissors and was able to open it immediately. It seems that the clasp is there to protect the bag. But fortunately I was able to open it now. I hadn't realized that the clasp was for that and I thought it was a mistake with the bag. But no, it's not a mistake, it's part of the packaging. And I, foolishly, hadn't seen it. Having said that, I now want to tell you the following. The outside is soft and pleasant to the touch with very functional and good-sized handles. The bag is also very resistant. In short, I highly recommend it. It is a beautiful bag and it is very worthwhile. You will not regret it. You will acquire a great cosmetic bag at a reasonable price that will allow you to store all your cosmetics and beauty products in an elegant place. Now this bag is pure luxury! There are no issues with mine, I love it. I love how it comes with multiple little baggies inside to separate your products as desired (or not) based on your preference. It even has a container you can fill yourself. The exterior bag is so soft, the gemstones are perfect, and the zipper pull even says "juicy" on it. All of the interior bags are that waterproof washable material should any of your products spill or leak. Sidenote: I did notice that some reviewers had issues with the clear bag having markings on it. Mine does NOT. I'm sorry that they had this issue, but it is not an issue with mine. I took a photo specifically to show and indicate this. Also, the cute little bottle even says juicy on it. I can only speak for myself, and I am extremely pleased here!

The media could not be loaded. The outer velour bag is super cute and the inserts are good sized especially as a makeup bag. THAT SAID.... I am not sure why the clear plastic inserts had brown marking on them. It looks like it could be burned or old marker, or possibly ink transfer. I got this to match Juicy luggage for when I travel and I am disappointed at the stains considered this was supposed to be brand new. I know Juicy isn't the high end it useful to be but this is not cool.
