I bought two of the XXL beds for my large dogs wire crates. One dog weighing 95 pounds the other 75. They fit PERFECTLY, they also are holding up to both dogs weight. So many beds I’ve bought & they become flat within weeks, not these ones! On top of that, you can wash the top overs, & the secondary cover that protects the foam. Which I love!! For $50 plus 10% off, this bed is wonderful. My third large dog has a “Primo Pad” in his crate because he’s destructive, cost me $90. Thing is hard as a rock, cover doesn’t come off & it shows every drop of water/dirt. Drives me nuts!! But this $50 bed beats them all!!     • Try this to fully expand the foam.

Firstly this dog bed would be more appropriately priced at $10-$12 for its quality. Second the foam is very compressed and it might not fully expand regardless of how many hours or days you wait. To resolve this pull out the foam from within the cover and put it in your dryer for about 2-3 mins on medium and it should fully fluff it up. You can do this every 3 months or so if the foam starts to flatten on you. ... show more

After 7 months of daily use & being washed as needed it’s still in great shape. It’s been scratched by a dog & a cat & I’ve only had to cut a few loose threads off. It’s very thick & firm, & I love that there is a plastic layer to protect the “mattress” part from odor or liquid. I’m about to buy another one so the dog & cat don’t have to take turns. They came in a vacuum sealed bag. I expected them to fluff up a bit with time. NOPE. I bought 2 The cheap egg crate foam inside one might have ended up being about an inch thick. The other, half the foam fluffed up a bit and that other half was as though it had melted flat. If the nearest return center wasn't an hour away I'd have sent this junk back. Material isn't very durable either. I give them a month before my dogs destroy them. Luckily, I had some poly-fil on hand from another project so I made them work. Definitely don't recommend. 🙄 Lesson learned. ... show more
