    • Quality Control - Current Helmets Do Not Hold a Charge and Camera Will Not Record.
I've owned and used all 3 different Kracess helmets and this model is by far the best. The previous version of this helmet is more rounded and I don't think available anymore. The next generation M2 helmet has a better quality camera, but some serious design flaws and I do not recommend it at all. Pros -Extremely comfortable, probably the most comfortable helmet I've ever had. -Provides excellent protection, it definitely has saved me from what would have been 3 concussions along with scalp lacerations or worse. -Excellent functionality. Power and function buttons are easy to use. BT speakers/mic provide decent sound quality without blocking out ambient noise. Visor stays attached but comes off easily. Camera is super easy to use, but is more of a dash cam quality and not really good for high res vlogs, etc. Rear light is a nice touch. I don't use the turn signals as I find it kind of pointless. -Airflow is decent enough that you don't feel hot and the overall weight is light but provides excellent protection. Cons -Not the cheapest helmet, price ranges from $100-160 depending. But worth the price IMO. -This last batch I ordered in 2025 had some serious quality control issues. When I ordered originally in 2023 I had no issue. This time I had three defective helmets shipped. First one the camera would not turn on at all. Second one the visor would not attach, they didn't install the helmet magnets. Third one the camera turned on, then next day did not. Then it finally did turn on and recorded, but later that day it would not power on. Hopefully the 4th one will work properly, if not, I'm moving on to a new helmet. If the quality control issues didn't happen it would be 5 stars. But I've had to return 3 helmets. If I was a serious cyclist I would have kept this helmet, but I sent it back. I still think it’s cool, just more than I needed to putt around the neighborhood

One of the best product I got from Amazon. Haven’t used the card reader yet to see how it’s recording. Hope that works as they have showed in the picture. The recording part we can be improved.

I design this product is not ideal. The visor has a tendency to tap on the bridge of your nose.

    • 5 Star product with one minor issue
Excellent helmet, the features work pretty well. Only negative is the sound when recording videos at speeds over 25mph. Wind sounds become more and more prevalent making it nearly impossible to speak and be heard. So you'll have to do a voiceover on videos you take with the helmet. I've ordered two of these helmets and both have been defective there is no customer service or support I keep wanting just to get this helmet exchanged and there is no one to contact for that.
