Just started to bowl again, these shoes so lightweight and comfortable, I wear a 9, bought a 9 the fit is perfect . I bought the light gray color , I wouldn't say they are actually slip ons but easy enough to put on, you need to tie them, look cute, great price I’ve bought a few pairs of sandals from Maui and loved them so I was pretty confident I would like these. ... show more

I have wide feet and find it impossible to find shoes, but these fit perfectly, with a nice wide toe box! They are very lightweight and feel like slippers. Not much support, but I'm only bowling a few games at a time, not running a marathon. The upper part is a bit stretchy. I'm a beginner bowler, and these were perfect to start out with, saving money on shoe rentals. I just got these today and just in time for me to use them today. They are comfortable as sneakers and they worked very well for me. I even scored tonight a score it is not all the time I score. I played it safe and got a 9 even though I am 8.5 ( reg and not wide ). So very glad I did!!! I would much rather stuff the shoes than having to return. UPDATE after 3 months: These shoes are holding up well, and I love them so much that I just ordered another pair. I can't imagine ever going back to ordinary lace-up bowling shoes. These comfortable and serviceable shoes make the sport of bowling much more enjoyable for me. ORIGINAL REVIEW: These shoes are exactly what I was looking for, and I'm happy to say that they do not disappoint. They fit perfectly to size including the width. (I can't wear the most common brand of bowling shoes because they are too tight in width, but wide width shoes are too big for me.) They are lightweight and easy to put on because once you adjust and tie the laces, you can just slip the shoes on. I use a shoehorn to make it even easier. Even though they are slip-ons, they stay put and don't slide up and down at the heel. The soles are flexible and easy to walk in. I was a bit leary of the soles because I'm used to shoes that have a different sole for the slide foot. I thought having a slide sole on the other foot might be too slippery, but I really can't tell the difference. The slide shoe feels just right. Not too slippery but doesn't stick, either. I have bought expensive bowling shoes in the past thinking they would be better quality, and maybe they are, but they were all uncomfortable in certain ways -- sometimes I felt as though I was walking in clown shoes, and my most recent pair started causing me some toenail problems. These shoes feel similar to wearing a popular brand of lightweight slip-on tennies. I'll have to be careful about remembering to take them off when I finish bowling. ... show more
