It was a little tricky getting the new one on a my old one had broke and I must have bumped my muffler into something when I backed up. I had to use a ratchet strap and my jack to get it in place. I am very pleased with my purchase and it was cheaper than the original part from GM.

I ordered two sets of these because my truck requires four total. I installed them on a 2008 GMC sierra 1500 that just got an aftermarket MBRP exhaust. They fit perfectly and are the exact size of my OEM insulators.
