    • Don't buy from Lifestyle by Focus
So, the keyboard itself is very good. The keys feel great, and it sounds good. However, the product I received was damaged. The box it came in was damaged, but the keyboard looked okay. I didn't find out until later that a few of the keys don't work. The issue is that this product isn't eligible for returns. Because the seller (Lifestyle by Focus) isn't an authorized seller, any warranty through Korg is invalid. Because the order is fulfilled through Amazon, Lifestyle by Focus takes no responsibility. In short, product is great if you get a working one, but you are screwed over if it arrives damaged. So, overall rating is 1 star. I bought from here because I didn't want to wait for it to be in stock through an actual distributor, but I'd recommend waiting just so you have an actual warranty. ... show more
