Great for the price. It's obviously not going to be as stable or sturdy as a hefty metal turntable BUT it's lightweight and gets the job done. Putting a wet tea towel or something to keep your cake/product in place on the turntable will help immensely. Satisfied with the product.

I use this for other things other than cake at the moment. Mainly turn arounds of products for video. But the turning is kind of wobbly and I'm not sure how sturdy it'll be ith a cake on it. I worry a cake might be too heavy for it unless the weight makes it turn smoother.

Great for a starter! I would not get this if you are doing professional cakes. I would recommend aluminum turntable cake stand! Again, great for starter or just casual cakes for family gatherings!

I bought this cake turn table because I was going to attempt to make a homemade two layered birthday cake for my daughter. I purchased this one because of the mostly positive reviews and I'm glad I did! This turn table is so sturdy, I had no problem at all spinning it around to frost the cake. I did make a mess with the frosting when I was frosting it on the turn table (hey! I was pretending I knew what I was doing and thought I was some fancy cake Baker 🤣🙄) but all I had to do was grab a napkin and wipe it down. The turn table is super easy to clean! I had the cake on top of it when I decided it was a good idea to pick the whole turn table up to move the cake to it's new location once I was all done. It was not wobbly at all and was nice and sturdy. I'm so happy with this purchase and look forward to baking more cakes in the future. I feel like this turn table made it a lot easier for this first time cake baker to frost a cake! It's also a plus that it's a lot cheaper than other brands. ... show more
