I am no sommelier or a wine connoisseur but I do like wine with my meals. I usually just pop them in the refrigerator before a meal. Or if we did not finish a wine we keep it in the refrigerator, which makes the wine too cold for my taste. So we decided to purchase a wine cooler. This wine cooler can hold up to 10 bottles and surprisingly, can even hold long wine bottles like Castello di Amorosa's Gewurztraminer. We can adjust the temperature based on preference and if we have red or white wine inside. It also has a cool blue light. We are definitely happy with our wine cooler. It is a nice looking wine cooler, champagne and wine bottles fit comfortably. Quite silent, no noise at all. Only thing is that it doesn't switch to Fahrenheit no matter how many times I tried pressing the button. It's not a major issue but it would have been nice if that feature worked.

I bought this wine cooler for a small kitchenette and it fits the bill perfectly. I've noticed that other, compressor-operated units have a tendency to vibrate, generate noise and expel hot air, which can make them uncomfortable to install in tight places. This model on the other hand uses thermoelectric cooling. So far I haven't been able to detect any noise or hot air coming from the cooler. It's incredibly easy to operate. Arrow shaped buttons let you control the temperature and a bulb-shaped button turns on an interior blue LED light that looks great. Within two hours after plugging it in, the inside was cool enough to store my red wine bottles. Now about placing the bottles on the racks: Since this is a very compact unit, some larger bottles like a Burgundy can be a tight fit. I recommend placing the largest bottles your have at the bottom rack, which seems to be roomier. ... show more

Overall this works well. Keeps the wine chilled well enough. Had to exchange the first one because it stopped working shortly after we got it. The second one has been fine. The only problem is sometimes it switches between F and C without being touched.

I loved the size and look of this wine fridge and thought it was going to be perfect. However, after setting the temperature for 50 degrees (I was actually expecting it to go a little lower) I could not get it below 55 degrees, and much of the time it stayed at 58-61 degrees. Very attractive, holds set temperature without issue, tested at 60* & 50*, checked w/ digital temp reader, accurate within one degree. Much better looking then the pics, highly recommend.
