    • Awesome, definitely help a lot.
As far as an increase in player performance, well, that's dependent on the player. Stuff doesn't make you good, practice does. That said, i notice a HUGE increase in my ability to snipe with these. I love these where the movement stick is lower and the camera movement on is higher. The lower one helps you keep grip so as you're holding run your finger doesn't slip off. If it's the higher raised one I find it difficult to keep my thumb on it and i have to over stretch. The higher raised one is the one you're aiming with. The increase in height gives you more range of motion on the stick which allows you to better move a sniper scope in smaller increments. If you need to move over a hair quickly to get the head shot, you can give the stick a kick without having to take as much effort or frustration to just move it a tiny bit. So basically is allows for less effort to just get the aim moved a small amount. It also works for medium ranged and the weapons of the sort too. I also love that the pads themselves are depressed rather than raised so my finger tips have a cozy little dip to sit in which gives me better grip on the sticks. Anything close range i really wouldn't recommend these. With that increased range of stick movement, it makes keeping up with a close range target more difficult. So if you run & gun, i would stick with the two lowered pads just for the grip rather than these. Side note to KontrolFreek, i really wish you guys made more variants like these. Most of your stuff is double raised or all the lower style. I would love to see more like this with the camera stick raised and the lower movement stick, theres only a couple like this. Also with the depressed grips rather than raised. The grip is always good on both but the depressed ones, to me, give more comfort and better control. Basically make more of this exact model with different colors/styles for both PS and Xbox. ... show more

I was never one to like the custom controller bits, but I picked these up. My first reaction was they weren't the same size like I thought. Obviously, they are clearly labeled and I should stop ordering stuff from my phone while not paying attention. Since I'd never send something back when I screwed up, I figured I might as well try them. Loved them. I used them in Nba2k and in Borderlands. They work fantastic. Every now and then I get crazy and one pops off, but that's my only complaint. Great product. ... show more

On the box it clearly claims that K/D will improve by .26%. However my K/D has not improved and instead of taking ownership of my terrible skills, I am going to blame them solely on these Kontrol Freeks. Long time buyer first time reviewer. I have purchased many different versions of Kontrol Freeks and Vortex used to be my go to. I bought these and then stock piled when they went on sale. By far my favorite! Now I just need to "Get Good" per the kid that informed me so through chat. ... show more

    • Works as described, but keep in mind...
I gave it five stars because it works exactly as described. It stays on, and it increases control. I play Skyrim a lot and I am able to control when I am picking locks much easier. In general, if you are looking for control, this is what you want. That said, I didn’t find it useful because I bought it for ergonomics. I am trying to get my carpal tunnel under control and this made it worse. I’d also like to suggest getting a color other than white. The white gets dirty very quickly. I don’t know if they have this in black, but that’s my suggested color so you don’t see the dirt. ... show more

I've always been a huge fan of Kontrol Freaks and these are great. The only qualm I have with these is that the color is a warmer white when compared to the PS5 controller. I know that it's not advertised that the colors match, but if you're buying these specifically thinking they will, they don't.

Really Nice product! Without having ever used Kontrol Freeks before, I decided to give them a try. I researched which ones would be the best to use, for the specific games I was wanting to improve my skills at. These were the most recommended for that category. Honestly I didn’t know what to expect, but now, having used them for about a week, I will never go back to just using the default thumb sticks that come on the controller. Overlooking the fact that they give you insane amounts of added control for aiming, my favorite part about these, is the texture, and the added comfort and grip that they have...10/10 Satisfaction from me, 10/10 Recommended that every gamer getd themselves a pair of Kontrol Freeks. The media could not be loaded. I’ve had many kontroll Freeks sense the black ops 3 era I needed some new ones sense the ones I’ve been using prior we’re so worn down I always liked the right taller than the left so I usaly ended up ordering 2 pairs now these ones are perfect I did try playing without them and I can’t it’s impossible for me anyway ... show more
