This is my first masticating juicer and I have been pretty pleased so far. The pulp comes out pretty dry so I feel like I'm getting most of the juice. The only issue I have had is that when I was cleaning the mesh cone-shaped strainer a piece of plastic came off. The machine still functioned fine but then it happened again. I have reached out to CS to try to get a replacement part so we'll see how that goes. Other than that, the machine works great and I would highly recommend it!

This company makes me feel wary for a few reasons which I’ll detail at the end of my review. Stick around for that part. 📍First, the juicer. I’ve had this for less than a month and have only used it maybe 6-7 times, so take my review with a grain of salt. So far it’s working great and I love it, it makes a lot of juice and the pulp is relatively dry when it comes out, and if not, I run it through again. It’s louder than my old centrifugal juicer which was almost silent, but it’s still pretty quiet and I’m pleasantly surprised by this. The quality of the juice is great, too. I’ve always drank it right away, so I can’t speak for keeping it in the fridge. Overall it’s quick and easy to use, makes delicious juice, and has easy cleanup. I will update my review if anything changes, but so far so good and I’m satisfied with this. 📍Now- onto why the company is iffy. When I got the product, on the box it says to go to their website to activate the 24 MONTH warranty. Inside the box is a card that says the same thing, except for a 3 YEAR warranty (as advertised on Amazon.) In the guide book, it says the same thing, but for a 12 MONTH warranty. When I went to actually activate the warranty, it never specified how long the warranty was for, it just said it was activated. I feel wary at this point, so I saved the card with the 3 year warranty and took screenshots of the Amazon listing that it is for 3 years, just for my own safety in case anything goes wrong in the next year or two. Next- they try to bait me into reviewing within the first 7 days for a free $8 Amazon gift card. (Lol) I won’t do this- it feels inauthentic to review an appliance only 7 days after receiving it. You cannot get a genuine feel for a product like this in 7 days. Along with that, if anything is to ever go wrong with a product, it will usually not be within 7 days. This makes me wary about trusting any of the reviews already on here, because they were likely sent the same email as me. Anyway, I take making accurate reviews seriously especially on things that aren’t cheap, so I WILL update this if ever needed. Hopefully I never need to, because overall I’m very happy with the juicer and would like to keep it that way!
