Like anything I buy off here I was skeptical of the product. However once I received my lifts I was pleasantly surprised. I did have one issue with one of the lifts it was stripped out when I started to turn the gears. After a few days I received a response to my request on a replacement part. After a few emails back and forth and sending them pics and videos as they requested , they sent me two new jacks. I was very happy with their willingness to send two. I only requested one. I have had two major back surgeries and this product has helped me fix my slid-outs and helped with keeping Them stable. I definitely recommend this product based on their customer support and care.     • Extra Stability
These work great for extra toy hauler patio stability. There are heavy duty cables that hold our paito, but just old school like to have some extra stability when you are having a BBQ with lots of people going in and out and up and down. Work well just put some dry lubrication on they work great.

THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT. IT WAS EASY TO ADJUST TO THE APPROXIMATE HEIGHT AND THEN THE THE SCREW ADJUSTMENT TOOK CARD OF THE FINE TUNING. I USED THE DRILL SOCKET THAT CAME WITH THE SUPPORT AND QUICKLY RAISED MY SLIDE TO THE PROPER POSITION. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANY RE'ER LOOKING TO SUPPORT THEIR SLIDES. ... show more

Im not sure about the quality. Because i was sent much shorter jacks. Maximum hight was 34 inches. Weird thing is i bought 2 set and all 4 were short. There were also clips missing for one set. Update. Well guys the product is actually good the reason for my average rating is that there are no writen instructions. But if you watch the video with just music it shows you how to do it. ... show more

    • Works for many things, not just slide out support.
I use these to support my slide out, but I found a secondary use for them, my Class C RV has a nearly full size refrigerator in it that isn't factory standard, it was installed kinda make shift with brackets that weren't made for it, but it was secure, that refrigerator died and we replaced it with one of the same approximate size, but haven't solved the bracket issue yet, so to keep the refrigerator from becomming a 300 pound missile in my RV I brace it with these while i'm driving, they reach from one side of the rv to the other with my slide closed, and you can tighten them just enough to be snug without damaging anything, I can think of plenty of other uses for them also. ... show more
