The media could not be loaded. I got this trampoline for my daughters, and they absolutely love it! All the pieces arrived in two separate boxes, which was convenient. Assembly process does take some time, but it’s manageable and becomes much easier once you have the frame put together. The quality is good for the price, and it feels sturdy and safe. We are so happy we went with this trampoline. Setup was pretty easy. The only problem we had was one of the basketballs that came with it won’t hold air. I called the number on the front of the users manual which went to a voicemail that told me to text the same number instead. I got a respond very quickly and they just wanted a description of the problem, a picture, and my order number. They took care of the problem and had new basketballs sent to my house very quickly. Highly recommend this trampoline!

Once you get this trampoline up it's amazing, its sturdy, large, has great bounce and my kid loves it! Not to mention the neck is of great quality for safety. However the directions suck and we basically put it together by figuring out the puzzle. each item is not labeled so you don't know which pole is which going together, and the legs go on specific poles which are not labeled. After figuring it out though it is a great product.

As a family we searched for over a year looking for a trampoline with a high enough weight capacity that we could all enjoy it together. We were beyond excited to come across this trampoline on Amazon. My husband and I put it together the day it arrived, the assembly wasn't to difficult at all. The most time consuming part is lacing the net around. We also added an extra shade screen across the top that hangs down the side that you can see in the 2nd picture. We ordered the 16ft trampoline model with the basket balls and lights. The lights didn't come at first which I see they may come in a separate box, we waited a few days but they didn't come so I reached put to the company. They were so kind and apologized they sent me out the lights right away and they also added the little sprinkler accessories for us do to the delay. Fantastic product and Fantastic customer service!

I am thoroughly impressed by their customer service team and client care. This was truly a nice gesture, Thank you. Overall this trampoline was very easy to assemble, and went together quickly. I was considering returning this trampoline, Howe ver, I am not paying to ship it back to the company as it will cost a small fortune due to the weight of the entire product. I did not add any pictures of the trampoline as looks are deceiving. Thank you again for being kind enough to address my concerns.
