Came in the mail in 2 days. I'm a 5'1 female and I've never put anything together before. I put this together myself in about 4 hours the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The main piece said you needed two people and although it would have been nice to have a second person at the end I was able to do it alone. It's in a 10 x 13 room. And it's very comfortable. The drawers do not attach to anything They just slide under so when you move the couch around the drawers don't stay with it, but that's not that big of a deal. ... show more

Pretty nice futon. By far the best assembly instructions I’ve ever seen. Very well written and all hardware is clearly labeled for each step of the assembly process. Took me about an hour and a half by myself to put it together. I didn’t realize that the drawers under the futon are not connected to the futon frame when I ordered it. The drawers are separate and roll on small casters. This may work ok on a hard surface but it’s just ok on carpet. This, combined with the fact that it takes 2 people to fold it up from a bed to a couch deducted a star from my rating. ... show more

We thought we were going to be getting one of the best futons on the market with the high price and high praise. After almost a year of having this futon, it's safe to say this was the worst purchase of my young adult life. I will never be buying a product from this company again as they've proven to me they can not make a comfortable futon. It was difficult to assemble (took almost 5 hours), uncomfortable from the beginning, and is difficult to turn into a flat bed. I love everything about this futon: the collapsible arm rests and the drawers, and the comfort of the mattress. I have 2 cats who love to strengthen their claws and because this futon has so much wood, there is much less to destroy. I highly recommend this futon.

Only 4 stars cause it is tricky to fold up by yourself. Directions are fair but not terrible. Recommend that you lay everything out, read thoroughly prior to assembly. Items are color coded to assist. Comes with tools to assemble. Drawers do not attach, but roll under the couch on the floor. Pretty nice setup. Rolled the dice and was impressed with the purchase. Exactly what we were looking for. Will come in 4 boxes. 1 for base, 1 for sides, 1 for drawers and 1 with the mattress. Mattress is a little heavy, not a cheap ol mattress. Very hard to open and close. Takes 2 people and some brute strength. When it is in the couch position it is very uncomfortable. If it wasnt so large I would ask to return it for a refund. Very disappointed.
