    • Comfortable and sturdy futon.
The color and size are true to the combination I ordered. Easy to put together. For the most part one person can assemble until you need to attach the bench/ bed section to the frame, definitely recommend two people for that part. The mattress is comfortable but sturdy. Make sure you find the label on the mattress that tells you the correct side to place down on the bench/ seat portion because of the way the mattress is hinged to fit for the seating position. I recommend this because the hinge is offset (not in the middle of the mattress), at least for the queen size that is. It will be stiff at first when fitting the mattress properly in the seating position on the futon frame, but once you know where it hinges you can work it on the futon. ... show more

    • Quality and Professionalism
We had an issue with the delivery, which ended up not the companies fault but the delivery service. I immediately contacted OJCommerce via Amazon and they responded within seconds! That doesn't happen that often. The quality is very good. The assembly was easy but we did have to put it together up on a table....but that's just because we're old!!! I would DEFINITELY purchase from this company again. Thank you OJCommerce for your help! ... show more

    • Works great
The futon is comfortable to lay on although no one has used it for sleeping yet. In the 'couch' mode shorter people's feet may not touch the floor while seated. Overall, the comfort is very good. The unit feels very solid and stable. All of the parts were in great shape when I received them and there was no damage or marks. The written and video instructions were absolutely outstanding. Assembly instructions were clear and all parts for well labeled. This should be a model for all assembly instructions (I'm talking to you, IKEA). The manufacturer even included two packages of spare parts in case something got misplaced during assembly. I was able to complete most of the steps by myself but needed another person to help with the last few steps. The futon ships in three packages- two packages for the frame and a separate package for the mattress. The two frame packages came a couple of days apart. I suggest the manufacturer let people know they should wait to receive all three packages before beginning assembly. ... show more

    • comfortable
It offers sleeping comfort, truly making every night restful. While it is quite heavy and requires some effort to move initially, the resulting quality of sleep is well worth the minor inconvenience.

    • Quality and good customer service

We had all three packages arrive at once. The corner of the mattress was ripped obviously by the delivery service. Customer service was excellent, they had a new mattress delivered within days. Assembly was so easy. The company has instructions that are easy to follow and parts are packaged by steps. We bought this for a rental cabin and we are going to purchase a second for our own cabin. Very pleased. ... show more

    • It works but one board came cracked a year later totally broken!!!
Review Image by melissa nicole baines
Well we are almost a year in and it has a broken support! Just cracked in half all the way! It is really nice and easy enough to put together. It is comfortable! True queen! One of the boards came cracked. We were most of the way putting together and I was not even going to attempt to re box and ship it back! Hopefully it won't matter! Does take some effort and two people to put up and down but I knew this going in. ... show more

    • Easy to build sturdy Queen-sized futon
11/10 - this thing is amazing. Comfortable, thick mattress. Sturdy design - has had two adults on it plus our toddler jumping, and not a squeak. Easy to convert to couch or bed shape. Bonus points for having hardware packaged by step and an incredibly handy installation video, plus color-coded dots to match up pieces. Totally worth the money. ... show more

    • Good Product After Long Assembly and a Long Nap
This turned out to be a good product after a long assembly process and confusion when one of the three packages did not arrive with the others. The seller should state up front that there will be one rolled mattress shipped and two boxes of parts. Receiving the larger box with most of the parts but not the arms on the date marked as "delivered" is a bit confusing when you are far into the assembly steps and only then realize the arms and bottom frame are not there. It took parts of two days on a weekend to assemble the queen sized product. I would rate this as an 8 on a 10 point scale of difficulty. It really takes two people to hold the parts together while trying to tamp the ends. I used a wood working clamp to hold them together for some of the steps. Also, the wood has a fairly strong odor that I dealt with using a fan on those parts in the garage and a wipe down with Endust (not water) before moving the wood parts back into the house. It's unusual to have a mattress with no smell but a strong odor coming from the wood parts. At any rate I got through the ordeals and confusion on number of boxes and assembly steps to take a nap on the finished product late on day two. It looks nice with two large accent pillows on the charcoal colored mattress and is quite long to lay down on even for a 6 foot person. ... show more
