We purchased this for a sitting area in the office and a spare bed for guests. Assembly was easy, the video from their website made it even easier! I have NEVER seen an assemble yourself product laid out with such attention to detail! Each piece was individually labeled and made for a simple assembly. We did receive the wrong box for the drawers. But their customer service was awesome as well. They coordinated with FedEx to pick-up the wrong box and we had the drawers in a day or two. This is great! I use it nightly for my bed right now and when I am not it folds up! It’s a lil hard to fold back to sitting but it looks so good it’s worth the effort!

The mattress is super comfy! Easy to put down but due to the thickness of the mattress is a little more difficult to put back to seating. Definitely a 2 person job. Good quality. Finish is nice as well.

Son moved into a Studio apartment so he needed something comfortable for sitting and sleeping. The cushion is very thick and comfortable. Instructions were difficult for him to follow but we finally got it assembled. It is definitely a two person job. Drawers aren't attached to the frame but are on casters so easy to move. It is very difficult to raise from sleeping position back to the sitting position. You will need two people (one on each end) to accomplish it. I very rarely assemble furniture, it was challenging(for me). I went online for better assembly instructions. Alone, with patience and no mistakes it took about four hours with a couple of breaks. The woodframe is nice and soft. The mattress is super comfy and sturdy. It came well packaged and delivery time was wonderful. It's beautiful. I'm a happy customer. We purchased this futon several months ago to act as a guest bed and couch for our extra office space. I didn't expect it to get nearly as much use as it has been. It looks so much nicer than other futons I have owned and used and I think it actually enhances the look of the space instead of making it feel like a college dorm room, which I was worried about. We have gone from never entering the guest room to truly using it everyday and I honestly think that it's more comfortable than the "real" couch that we own. Everyone in the house prefers this one! It was a bit of a pain to build, but there were plenty of clear instructions both in print and video form and in the end only took a couple of hours.
