Came in on time and in good condition. Assembly was easy and good instructions were provided. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble. I laid it out on the floor and then assembled it. I recommend not opening the mattress until the frame is assembled. It is wrapped tightly in plastic wrap and can be carried with help through the house. Once in the same room, carefully cut the wrap off. Once removed the mattress is released and can easily be placed in the frame. This mattress has springs and feel very comfortable. ... show more

I am so delighted with this futon! It is attractive and so comfortable. My 6'2" son slept on it and said he had a good nights sleep. The mattress is very thick and well built. It did take us quite a long time to put together but that's because my partner insisted on going by the paper directions and not the video, which I recommend. Parts such as which screws to use are well labeled. Be sure to match up the colored dots when assembling. This is a great addition to our home and will be around for years to come. ... show more

I love this futon and mattress. It is in my "office" so I can have an extra bed if needed for company, or to sit and read. But, in both the written and on-line video instructions, the instruction said to have the black straps up. However, the holes did not line up that way. I had to turn it over to assemble. I put it together by myself, but I strongly recommend two people per instructions. ... show more

I needed to replace the sleeper couch at my condo in Angel Fire NM. It was easy to assemble and went with the other furniture in the condo. It’s easy for my renters to lay down and set back up! Also very comfortable to sleep on!!
