Kodiak Canvas 12x12 is Top Tier in industry
Size: 12x12 Ft.
Update: on 7/4 we had a thunderstorm with unexpected 70mph winds. We lost power for 24 hours, the Tent stayed up, its was incredible 70mph although there was a tree limb that fell next to tent but had put a rip about 3 feet along the side wall of tent. Any pointers in repairing that would be helpful its only just over a month old. Point is, these 12z12 Kodiak tents can withstand 30 min. of 70 MPH winds! Ok I've had this thing about 6 weeks now and It's held up to 40mph wind gust, consistan 20-25 mph winds, 91-93 degree sun and several days of rain. ( I live in midwest) its just been perfect, the 12x12 feels like a cabin. Unless the wind blows you forget your in a tent. It's incredibly spacious but what's cool is that I have a 12k btu window ac unit and its 102 index outside but inside the tent its staying cool at 68-69 degrees. It holds the air in well. It's not perfect (its a tent) but im sitting in it now & its 93degreed w8th 69% humidity. My dog and I are completely comfortable. This tent is fairly priced at 1k but worth it! Im in this thing long term on a.large property so it will.be tested to its limit but so far I really couldn't be happier and it has definitely exceeded my expectations. The stitching, the quality and durability of the canvas, the YKK zipper and the zipper protects from dust, dirt grime. I set it up myself in 20 min. Alot of people on Utube are doing it wrong and making it seem more difficult. Kodiak, this tent is amazing you should make another one with 5ft walls and call it the Bigfoot! Excellent quality, fair price. It's a Keeper! 😁👍💯 ... show more

Outstanding Tent worth the weight and the money!
Size: 10x10 Ft.
This is an outstanding tent, the stitching is excellent ( former QA apparel inspector) the material is fantastic, the YKI zippers are literally the best in the industry and I've been at this for 45 plus years and the overall design is perfect for my needs, lots of ventilation/ visibility, the window assembly design is fantastic just the rite amount of over hang to keep them from weeping through the zippers and allowing excellent draining at the bottom the stove jack and sturdy poles provide four season capabilities the set up was simple I did it the first time in 35 minutes that's including tying all the loops on the guy lines supplied, taking my time inspecting etc, the tent ⛺ s worth the money I can't speak as to its longevity because I just got it but it's built solid and I am very confident that if cared for properly it could last a lifetime. ... show more

Built Tough — Can’t Wait to Run It This Elk Season
Size: 12x12 Ft.
Absolutely love it so far. I picked up the Kodiak Canvas Cabin Lodge Stove-Ready Tent for elk season, and first impressions are seriously impressive. This thing is freaking durable—the canvas feels heavy-duty, the stitching is solid, and overall it just looks and feels like it’s built to last. Setup was straightforward, and once it’s up, it has that solid, dependable structure you want for real backcountry or cold-weather hunts. You can tell it’s made for more than just fair-weather camping. I haven’t had it out in actual elk conditions yet, but I’m really looking forward to putting it to work this season. Planning to pair it with an awning too, which I think will make the whole setup even better. I’ll come back and update this after some real-world use, but so far—it looks amazing and feels like a tank. ... show more

Exceeded Expectations for Comfort and Durability
Size: 12x12 Ft.
I purchased this Kodiak tent to use while we are between homes, and it has honestly exceeded my expectations, especially since it was primarily used for my mother. Comfort and safety were my top priorities, and this tent delivered on both. The canvas is thick, durable, and does an excellent job insulating against the cold and wind. We used proper bedding inside, and the tent held heat far better than I expected, which made a huge difference for my mother’s comfort. The structure is extremely sturdy and handled weather changes without any issues. It feels solid and secure, not flimsy like many other tents. Setup was straightforward, and once it was up, it felt more like a temporary room than a tent. There was plenty of space to move around, and the high ceiling helped it feel open instead of cramped. Ventilation was also well designed, allowing airflow without letting in drafts. What really stood out to me was the peace of mind it provided. Knowing my mother was warm, dry, and protected made this purchase worth every penny. This tent is clearly built for real-world use, not just weekend camping. I would absolutely recommend the Kodiak tent to anyone who needs a reliable, heavy-duty shelter, especially for longer stays or for family members who need extra comfort. It performed exactly as advertised and then some. ... show more

Great Tent! Easy to put up.
Size: 12x12 Ft.
Well built tent, easy to put up. Simple well written instructions ("written by a woman", my wife says) heavy as heck, so glad there's two bags. Room inside this tent for all kinds of goodies. Taking her out for memorial weekend and had to do our first set up and get her wet, I have to say I am extremely pleased. Looking forward to camping in it soon. ... show more

Great quality

Great quality and easy set up for such a large tent. Left it out in the rain to test its durability and had no issues.

worth every penny
Size: 12x16 Ft.
This tent provides excellent comfort, and while I haven't utilized a stove, it maintains a comfortable temperature even in 104-degree weather.
