I've been buying KnuKonceptz products since about 2013. I bought everything from the Colossus Flex Kable to remote wire, to accessories like these fuse blocks and everything in between. Not only have their products and quality of products been outstanding, the service has been outstanding as well. In all of these years I had one slight hiccup and it was with this one particular fuse block I ordered. I didn't get the one I ordered and I needed a fuse block ASAP because I was taking my truck to a car stereo meet filled with a lot of my friends who are pretty well known in the car audio community. With me being a car audiophile and a collector, one of the things I like to do is keep products matching. Naturally I needed a KnuKonceptz fuse block to go with all of my KnuKonceptz wire. Eye contacted KnuKonceptz here on Amazon on a Saturday because that's when I got my shipment and I told them that they sent me the wrong fuse block. I needed it no later than Wednesday because I was taking my trip on Thursday and what hit my mailbox on Wednesday? My fuse block. I used these as 0awg in and 4awg out with knu's ofc wire with ferrules. Worked fine, wire went in fine, secured down super tight. Put a little Velcro on the bottom and plopped them down. I tightened them down super hard and I would have liked if the bottom plastic was a bit thicker as it flexed a bit. But it got the job done.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Because knucomcepts makes quality products and has for years. Solid piece lets you pick your fuse for each side and if it’s going to be ground distribution block you get ground bars. Couldn’t be more purposeful.

Awesome product. I used 1 gauge wire in it. If the shielding of the wire is a little thick, you may have to sand down a little of the clear plastic cover for the splitter (as it is curved for the wire>. Either way I was very happy with the finished result and I would only use this specific product again.

Initially received incorrect item but they sent the correct one immediately after contacting them. Very small footprint means this can be mounted in tight spaces. The set screw threads are smooth and do their job without binding up or other unnecessary effort. I had no difficulty inserting bare (& slightly frayed) multi-stranded 1/0 and 4ga cable and the set screws hold them firmly in place. The metal distribution blocks are attached to the plastic mounting plate via screws through the bottom of the plastic plate, and the screw heads are covered with a very thin felt sticker, which is pretty important to prevent the block from potentially grounding out on your mounting surface - I'd recommend double-checking that these are present and intact before installing it and closing the circuit! The plastic mounting plate attaches to your surface by way of (2) small screw holes in the center of the plate (under the fuses). The plastic cover fits very snugly and snaps into place securely, but utilizes the standard plastic locking tabs which will most likely eventually wear out or snap off if you have to remove/reattach the cover very often. The blocks show some signs of the machining process but that does not detract from their functionality in any way, they're just not necessarily a polished 'show piece' - that doesn't matter to me since it's mounted out of sight. While I don't really have any specific complaints about this item, and it does work well, I feel like I might have been better satisfied spending a little bit more for a different/larger block. Note - If you're using gauge reducers, the set screw may not screw in far enough to get the cover back on without some work or replacing the set screw.

I needed a simple 1-to-2 distribution block with a 4 gauge input and a pair of 10 gauge outputs. Even though this was listed as only going down to an 8 gauge, the hardware was sturdy enough to clamp down on a 10 gauge wire. (For those who don't know, in wire, the larger the number the smaller the wire.) The plastic cover fit well and the screw terminals were very tight. The screws attached tightly to the wiring and have not backed out. I highly recommend using this for unfused distribution in a 12V stereo install.
