These felt amazing right out of the box. I knew they would be puffy and retain their shape. The first night We slept on them, I wondered if I had spent all this money for nothing. Mine was too thick for me (used to sleeping with a down rather flattened pillow) and not thick enough for my husband. Then I remembered they have zippers to adjust the stuffing!! Before the next evening, I removed quite a bit of fluff (which is amazingly fine and soft) and stuffed it all in my husbands. They did not lose their shape or become weirdly lumpy at all. That night he slept perfectly. I still struggled so I cast mine aside and grabbed my old pillow. Last night before bed I removed a great deal more fluff and achieved my perfect pillow experience. It’s a lot like my old pillow now except a tad more supportive. And it’s still puffy and shapely which is amazing. My husband declined my offer for more fluff. His is just right for him already. So my husband has sleep apnea. I have extreme upper back and neck pain. I spent the whole month of November researching pillows on Amazon. I bet I ordered and then canceled at least 10 brands before they shipped out. One morning at 2am, wide awake from neck pain, I sat up in bed, grabbed my phone and started looking again. Pillow Fight brand was a suggested ad that was at the top of my search. The price for 2 king pillows made me nervous and the reviews looked promising, but I thought, you get what you pay for and for the price thwy have to be pretty good, so I hit buy now. Best decision ever. My husband loves his, his sleep apnea is gone. He preferred paper flat pillows which I told him that's what is causing him the issues. These are not flat. Super soft, not too fluffy but not flat. My neck pain has diminished substantially. I would highly recommend. ... show more

Very nice pillows! They are very soft, thick, and luxurious, and they offer fabulous neck support. Despite how happy I am with the quality of the pillows by this point, I was worried when they arrived because the box we received was sliced clean through to the surface of the topmost pillow to the point where it nearly cut through the casing of the pillow itself. I figure this happened because of someone unpacking a palette of these too hastily and powerfully with a box-cutter, which is not the fault of the manufacturer. I just was lucky that the pillows weren't fully sliced into! Otherwise, these are very good quality, good neck support, and don't have an offensive manufacturing smell that some pillows can have when brand new. ... show more

    • Misleadingly amazing

I don’t want to mislead with that title, but I couldn’t think of anything better suited at the moment. These pillows arrive in a branded Admiral-blue box, and rolled tightly within reusable carrying cases inside. Upon removing the pillow from the case, it instantly puffs to almost-fully-inflated size. Squeezing the fresh pillow made me think, “Crap—this is too flimsy for a multi-sleeper,” but when I laid my head on it at bedtime, it quickly revealed itself to be the best pillow I’ve ever slept on. It conforms beautifully to the head, neck, and even shoulders (if you’re like me and just fling yourself in whatever position gets you to sleep fastest). It’s like it’s programmed to perfectly set how you want it as soon as your head meets it. I’ve tried cervical pillows and $500-a-piece luxury down pillows (oops—allergies weren’t so happy about that one), and the TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling pillow which this Pillow Fight one replaced. None of them hold a candle to this one. If you’re a multi-sleeper (back, stomach, and side sleeper) who sleeps with arms above your head, at your sides, or flung wherever is comfortable, I highly, *highly* recommend you give this a shot. (I was not paid for my review, I’m just a super-fan who’s selfishly hoarding the second pillow in my closet still because… just in case? …when I really should give it to someone I know who’s been waking with headaches daily…) 10/10 ... show more

My favorite pillows aren't available anymore so I've tried several others. These are the ones I have settled on for now. Edit: Three months later I think these are my new favorites. After a few nights I removed some stuffing; I love that we can do that. It was too thick and hurting my neck. I usually go to sleep on my side and wake up on my back which is when my neck would hurt. The stuffing cradles my head just right. I can't sleep on a lumpy pillow. I feel every lump, even small ones, like little pressure points. This stuffing gives uniform pressure all around my head. So I will bump up to five stars and recommend these pillows now. ... show more
